READING BOOKS ABOUT SELF LOVE AND SELF MASTERY IS THE ULTIMATE HABIT !!!!

We are growing at our own rates and most of us was all handed down some type of trauma that has effected all of our relationships, but that doesn’t mean we are not responsible for our emotions. It is our duty to respect one another’s way and have unconditional love in moments where we do not see 💚 to 💜 .

Please do not forget it takes true will power to leave a situation when you have a negative emotion.

It’s GOD SPEED TO ALL THOSE IN MY PAST WHO DID NOT EXTEND THE SAME AMOUNT OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE I WANT YALL TO BE HAPPY SO MUCH THAT MY LIFE JUST KEEPS GETTING HAPPIER AND HAPPIER 🙌🏿😇.

Never forget the power of reading everyday. As I take the time to re read The Mastery of Self by Don Miguel Ruiz Jr. all I can say is....WOW!!

I could not have said the words better myself.... let’s be real tho, we all may need to hear this right now so I hope it grows you the way it helped me.

This book really allows me to be real with myself ! Which for real for real is the hardest thing to do at times, but I tell you what... learning to take extreme responsibility will help you in the long run 🙏🏿.

Was having a conversation about why a character was so convinced that having s*x would throw him off his purpose; and I believe that men in our culture only understand s*x where you take energy instead of circulating, regenerating, and creating new energy.

For some being honest with yourself is the hardest thing to do.

The inner work most people are running from is what I’m gladly sprinting towards!

When I Was feeling regret about a relationship changing its dynamic I spent time detaching my ego from the situation. Then I was able to open up and listen to areas where it was said I needed to grow !

And low key the areas we all need to grow at times because the marathon continues for most who grew up in a family without the proper dynamics present (systematically done).

This is not a personal attack on anyone personally, but for real for real our communities are passing down trauma from not taking the time to dive deep into their inner child healing. A wounded child makes a wounded adult 💪🏿🙌🏿🙏🏿. I’ll be doubling back up on my inner work and not letting people, places, and things get in the way of it.

Needless to say the greatest downfall is not understanding history has multiple lenses. And the only way to better equip yourself with the knowledge to know thy self you must seek an education outside of the American Educational System.

Sometimes Harvest Season is more about making sure you get the fruit from the 🌱 plants you have been putting in work to grow before other animals and bugs finish what you started !

It’s important to look at habits like this as well! My Light Warrior Habits have suffered from the modern digital age distractions that hold us all up !

I believe that one self love is self discipline because and two without self love you are living an unhealthy life. Mental and spiritual destruction is what we are all up against living in a World where genocides, poverty, emission, hate groups, food desserts, cancers, and viruses are still present.

To me healthy accountability from my peers saved my life on numerous occasions! Especially when habit creation became my obsession after fracturing my spine !

Look the key factors are:
1. YOUR PERSONAL COMMITMENT
2. MENTORS THAT HAVE YOUR GOALS ACCOMPLISHED
3. A COMMUNITY WITH EXCELLENCE IN ACCOUNTABILITY.

Now I believe that the forbidden knowledge is hidden in the energy that is manifested from creating healthy masterminds (which are serious accountability groups) and we should learn how to creat them in many areas of our lives !
