Maryhill area! This mother understandably wants this incident fully investigated. If you are this lady with the tied back blonde hair please contact us and we will pass on the details or contact the police directly. The incident allegedly occurred at approximately 4.10pm today.

"Hi I thought best posting this to warn other parents.

My daughters were out earlier with their friends at the park on Collina Street (this picture may help), when one of them were approached by a gentleman, he knelt down beside her and put his hand out towards her, as though he was going to take her.

A female with tied back blonde hair approached the gentleman and said to move on, (in explicit term), he left but was within distance and watching the girls. The girls left, as instructed by the lady as she suspected he may stay and try do something.

We badly need this lady to come forward, in order to speak to the police, who have cctv of this incident, but not directly on the gentleman when around my daughter, hence why we need this lady to confirm what happened. If this is you, please message me direct.

Exciting news alert! After trial running a youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programme prior to the summer holidays we have decided to run a full time class on our timetable.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for youths starts on Friday September 20th from 5.30pm-6.15pm for ages 11-15 (With exception of fight team who can start younger).

Classes will be held at NewLife Gym Maryhill.
