It's always a double joy when I wear something which is good quality & nature friendly. I'm happy that I'm not supporting fast fashion with my clothing choices so much. Two more weeks and I will move out from Iceland...it feels unreal. I can say that this island became my second home and I have connection with this place. Somehow I feel I will be back here but.. Somehow I know I will come in different form 🤍
Georgia...I didn't expect such beauty and good food 💙 I was blessed to walk through georgian mountains with amazing people. Here just tiny bit of it 🤍

I'm quite busy because..
We are like plants - we need to grow, we need water and lights and very often we need to exist in silence 🌿
Today I'm travelling to Iceland back from my unpaid leave. This trip is the end of one of my hardests chapters and beginning of something amazing at the same time. Still can't believe that 🤍
What about that mountain in your life?
Is it mental? physical? is it about relationship or a job?
Don't be afraid. It may look scary but believe me: once you start to take step by step towards the summit you already have it!

For a long time I resisted putting myself first - I associated it with selfishness and I had the feeling that you should be for others first. Only recently have I understood that in order to be a gift to the world, you need to create an environment for growth, and this environment is a relationship with yourself. A relationship not just any kind but full of compassion, understanding, patience, support and tenderness, that is simply love. There is no other way, you have to start from the inside and that takes time. I am grateful that despite the mess that life has brought to my interior, I have the space to truly love myself and then, naturally, become a better gift for others. I know it's a process, I know it's going to take some time, but that's okay - after all, it's the only right way.
Most of the things we need to have a good life are for free.
Don't forget to have your everyday dose of sun and plants 🌿
Inner work is one of the most important things we have to do with our lives. There is so much we can't see or understand especially when it comes to human emotions. What's good to know and understand is that everythig is for a reason and there is always a way through 🤍
We live in contrast, everyday nature is crossing its paths with technology and human work.
It's good for us to remember that we are only guests on earth 🤍

It’s my birthday and I’m 31 today 🤍
My life is a beautiful gift for me and hope for others, I’m grateful to be able live in Earth and going through my life with blessings such as health, talents,friends, goals, places to visit, plans to fulfill, moments, emotions, sunlight and stars. What a year!
2022 was very tough and fruitful...
I came from depressive state and to waking up excited almost every day ( tons of inner work).
I visited 7 countries, made 2 diving courses, finished social psychology and Musicotherapy. I was rewarded in 2 music competitions, started create my own music, started business online and decided to quit my 9-5.
Why am I writing all of this?
Because I forgot most of what I’ve achieved!!
I was so focused on what I could do better or what went wrong...
This year made me much more aware of my worth.
My lesson from this year is to appreciate myself more, learn how to be proud of myself - let me start now: I am PROUD of myself 🤍
