BREAKING: UPDATE: London, England
We have an update to this story, one of our field reporters was able to talk to the fox and obtained a statement which reads in part - “And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.”
BREAKING: London, England
High drama today as a fox was seen in a library in London. Investigators at the scene said in a statement to the press that the fox was merely returning a book they had borrowed. When confronted for more details, they admitted the book was, 'The Little Prince' by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The fox was returning the book surreptitiously as apparently the book was quite overdue and had accrued a substantial fine.
The fox had entered the residence through a window in the hopes of returning the book undetected, but once spotted, was escorted out the front door when exiting the establishment, according to a statement by witness Alistair Robinson. Mr. Robinson admitted that the fox seemed to need a little coaxing, but did feel quite sheepish about the matter. The fox had no comment for our reporter, and seemed to prefer just carrying on with their foxy business and putting the scandal behind them.
There were no casualties.
