Day 2 of VanCAF is underway!
The first day was a blast, and the weather today is fine!Come on down to the Roundhouse convention centre in Yaletown and join us for the final day of VanCAF. Visit our booth at table M11 in the Gym, and get yourself a copy of Akimbo #1 before they’re all gone!

CrashTest Comics is going to the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival on May 18th-19th!
This is our biggest event to date, and to celebrate we’ll be releasing Akimbo - our first full-length project - on the day of the event.
Entry is free, so come join us at the Roundhouse Community Arts & Recreation Centre to see the biggest collection of all-star artists and talented creators of the year.

Crashtest Comics!
We’ve rebranded as we’re moving in a whole new direction! It was a blast working on our kids comic “Almost Home”, but it’s time to make some superhero comics!
We’ll be starting with the first issue of Akimbo, but we have many more titles in the works like Ignite, and Darktide to name a few!

Akimbo issue #1 will be the first first full issue printed by Crashtest Comics, and we are working hard to make it happen as soon as possible!

Today’s the day!
With the exquisite prints done by completed and in-hand, we’re off to shops around the lower mainland of Vancouver to drop them off.
This issue marks the completion of our first 3-part mini-series “Almost Home”, which has served as the basis for everything we’ve learned about comics and the industry in the past few years.
It’s been a wonderful ride, and we’re now prepared to create full-size stories on a much grander scale.
Onwards and upwards!

Follow Dan, Kaleb and Cole on their last adventure as they live vicariously through their puppets; Monkey, Doggy, and Oki. Well the three stuffies be able to stop the evil Emperor Fluffers crimes, or will it be way past their bedtime?
