Gates was a integral member of the Singapore FIFA community, especially in the Pro Clubs scene. He was one of the first supporters of the Lion City League upon our founding, provided us excellent player feedback, and a dear friend to many fellow competitors.

Rest in peace Louis. The Lion City League will never forget you.

We've been involved in many esports leagues before, be it as players, shoutcasters, or part of the production crew. We know that there's really no point in playing the remaining league matches if the prize-winning positions are out of reach.

This is why The Lion City League was born: to make an equitable and fun league for all players. You'd only need to avoid the bottom 3 places to stand a chance at winning the big prizes. That's right, you can finish the league in 10th place and still have a chance at promotion to a higher division!
