A couple of quick and inexpensive ideas from past lives I did! Great for a coco bar or just kitchen decor for Christmas!
The Home Sweet Home sign (D General) was a plain brown frame
I painted red with acrylic paint and added a couple peppermint stirrers (D Tree) and scrap pieces of pine.
I spray painted three clear glass mugs (from D Tree) white, added cute ribbons and filled with peppermint candies, miniature marshmallows and red/white straws.
With D Gen sign being $5, and all other supplies from D Tree, all of these projects were maybe $13 tops! 🎄

Today is National Cookie Day!
Who says you can’t make peanut butter cookies into Christmas cookies? Just dip in melted choc and add red/green sprinkles! 😀🎄
Here’s my quick and easy recipe:

Peanut Butter
Cookies
Ingredients:
cup of peanut butter
cup of sugar
one egg
tsp of vanilla extract
Melted chocolate and sprinkles for decorating

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325
Mix all ingredients by hand,
except the choc and sprinkles
Drop tbsp size mounds on
cookie sheet
Using a fork, press criss cross
pattern down onto cookie
Bake about 12 min or until
cookies are golden brown
Decorate if desired
Enjoy!

Look no further… try my silky, buttery loaded mashed potatoes!
Your guests are going to
love them!
Peel, cut and cook golden Yukon potatoes till fork tender. drain.
In a large bowl, add the following.
(Amount will vary depending on number of potatoes cooked. Truth?
(I never measure)
Butter, sour cream, ranch dressing,
garlic powder, season season salt,
pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked pieces of bacon!
Who doesn't love bacon?

My outdoor Christmas arrangements this year! #christmas #outdoorchristmasdecor #outdoorwinterdecor #red #cardinals #redcardinals

Remember my Ornament arrangement with the Cardinal? Above it, I placed this “It’s a Wonderful Life” sign… but it needed a little something. So, I placed two cardinals, one at bottom of the picture and one on top. Perfectly tying all the cardinals together on the fireplace mantels

You know how I live to use Cardinals in my Christmas floral arrangements! I wanted to show how I used them in other ways too! And so easy! Here, I placed atop a lantern with flameless candle. Brightens and warms the space. Also, I tipped the greenery and pinecones with white paint to help lighten the space 🎄

This would be a great recipe for Thanksgiving too! Delish!!! 🍏

Here’s a throw back! 🎄 2020! Still a good idea! Individually wrapped candy canes, served on a D Tree tray tied with DT ribbon ribbon.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year…. 🎄

It’s so windy and cold here today!!! 🍂. Bunnie has not wanted to move around much! I think it hurts his ears. So I put hay and fresh food close to his shed. He came right out, well half in, half way out! He’s staying covered! Too cute!! 💙🐇
