Who has their black-eyed peas? 🙋🏼♀️
I actually look forward to cooking these every year! I grew up with this tradition and so it’s nostalgic! ❤️
I slow cook with a ham hock, or salt pork (whatever is avail) bayleaves, cloves of garlic, and various spices.
I serve with ham, homemade honey cornbread and fried potatoes.
