Progress is being made! Shore power is off. Extension cord run to power the heater so we aren't popsicles. Pulled out a bunch of stuff we're replacing and pounds of old wire. Working away at getting all of the AC side wired up.

It was 60 when we went to bed. Up throughout the night cause gale force winds and rain. Temp dropped in the wee morning hours and woke up to this... 😳 We really gotta finish this electrical work and get south! 🥶

As seems to be the case with every boat project, updating our electrical system is taking much longer and is much more stressful than anticipated. But we're making progress! Little by little, day by day!

Sick of being sick. Souvenir from the boat show (seems like many people left with it). I was feeling better the last couple of days, but night time is when the crud settles and keeps me up coughing. We're tucked away in a calm anchorage, so today I shall drink all the hot tea and stay curled up under blankets.

Pride of Baltimore II hung out in the anchorage for a bit before going into the Annapolis Sailboat Show yesterday! We had to dinghy over to get a closer look, of course 🥰

Yes, we're still living on a boat. Yes, we're still working on projects. Currently, just trying to figure out why the propane sensor keeps going off. We've checked and rechecked for leaks and found none. Digging into the electrical side now. We just want to be able to cook dinner 😭

Had a great time yesterday at the Urbanna Independence Day celebration! Music, food, fantastic boat parade with Thinghy the Dinghy in the lead, and of course, watching fireworks with friends!🎆🇺🇸⛵

Oh, and Vin the Pirate Pup did GREAT! Made a calm cave for her in the boat, gave her some doggy CBD for nerves and cranked some smooth reggae. She wasn't shaking and panting like she usually does and even went outside after everything was quiet again. BIG WIN! 🙌🐾
