My number one website pet peeve? When they are not mobile-friendly or mobile-responsive.
Most people choose to use mobile than desktop, you are probably watching me from a phone right now. Studies show that users make much more purchases with their phones, as compared to desktops or laptops. In order to attract them, you must have a mobile-friendly website design.
Here are just 5 reasons to have a mobile-friendly site for your business:
🥂More people are choosing to interact with business while on their phones
🥂Better SEO Ranking (Google favors mobile responsiveness)
🥂More Sales
🥂Faster Loading Times
🥂Business Visual Identity Cohesiveness (Having a good mobile site makes you more memorable)

Investing in your website is like investing in a lead generation system.
Your website is like an online storefront and when you structure your site for success, you will have more people coming in and wanting to know more because there is a clear layout of the store from how we can help them (the problem we solve) to who we are (our story) to the solutions (our offers) to the checkout desk (our CTAs). This is because we consider the client’s journey through your website and guide them accordingly.
This is part of what I teach my clients when we work on restructuring their sites.
Most people do not take into consideration the client's journey on their websites and because of that people only spend 6 seconds on your site before they leave.
Let’s put your website to work for you, the way is supposed to.
By looking at each page as an open conversation with you audience, making your site more strategically positioned to bring in more leads. As well as set marketing efforts to bring more traffic to your site.
If this is something you want me to help you with, call me.

Mastermind is such a mood!
Not using the right messaging strategy on your site is costing leads for your business. You might think that a website is for you to talk about your solution--it is, but not in the way that you think that it is.
Going onto your website and focusing only on the solution without focusing on your creating awareness of your client's problem will only speak to a small number of people.
This is part of what I teach my clients when we work on the restructuring of their websites, we work on auditing the messaging as well as the client’s journey through your website.
So what is it that you have to do? You have to make them aware of the problem and guide them to the solution.

How to market a "BLANKET" Biz! #blanketscarf #blanketseason #businessmarketing #marketing
Let’s audit my client’s site together, don’t worry she wanted me to share so that others learn about why these tips are essential.
Let's look at the HomePage:
Announcement Bar: Should have clear call to action, always show up as the top section and be in a different color so that it stands out/
Your site should be centered and aligned, like for example on this site the Nav bar was not centered, make sure yours looks professional, first impressions are important/
MOBILE MOBILE MOBILE - Make sure your site looks good from your PHONE! 75% (or more) of people visit sited FROM THEIR PHONES.
Having a good client journey structure is crucial, make sure that when working with the different sections and the copy, you are acknowledging how a person might navigate your site so if they have to scroll to the end to find our why they need to work with you, they might have already decided not to do so.
A website is considered your online “store” and it’s essential to understand first impressions. Follow me to learn more and visit samdraland.com to see how we can work together.

If you're tired of the inconsistent leads, the time-demanding & energy-draining requirements to produce leads, or the frustration of leads not opting into anything on your website--this video is for you.
You can turn your website into a lead generation system. It's a process! So stay with me as I describe to you the first steps that I take to audit my client's websites during our “Site Audit + Strategy Sessions” as I help them build their lead-generating website.
Lead-generating websites have these things in common:
They are designed to take a client on a journey: Your website should demonstrate that you understand where they are at and that you have the tools to solve their problems and while they navigate your site they can see your story, your resources, testimonials and services.
There have clear CTAs for the lead to follow: They are given CTA buttons to “contact”, “learn more” or “buy” from you.
There is messaging that speaks to the client's problem and your solution: You are sharing your unique selling proposition as well as why your services benefit them.
They are integrated with other marketing systems for the best results: Your website can integrate with so many parts of your business that it can be used to house resources that you can market online to get traffic back to your site.
Your client will know exactly what you can do for them, how to contact you, and that you are the expert that's best to help them. Your marketing systems will help you keep front of mind for them as they move forward.
If that sounds like something you'd like your website doing for you, it might be time you get in touch with me. Click the link in bio and click “get in touch” to get started.
If you've been in business anywhere from a few months to five years, you have a website, and you're online, but you're still struggling with a consistent way to generate leads, I am glad you are here. Chances are that you purchased your domain as soon as you thought of your business idea. You DIY your site or paid someone to do it for you just to get it done because you have been told that having a website is important for lead generation. However, that is not happening. 🫠
Having a website that is not strategically done is like having a placeholder, it’s just there. Think of your site as a cake. 🎂 You may have all of the ingredients in your pantry to make a cake, but until you actually take the time to measure, blend, and bake the ingredients together to create the cake you will not attract clients that will love your business and buy from you. Your ingredients are just taking up space in your kitchen the same way a “placeholder website” is taking space online.
Until you are able to make that happen your audience is going to your website and only seeing hints of what you offer. If you are experiencing any of these 3 things it might be time to make a change:
-Your website isn't a consistent source of leads for you.
-And if people do visit, it's short and they don't opt-in to anything on your site.
-You spend the bulk of your time networking or pumping out endless amounts of social media content to generate leads.
If those are scenarios you'd like to break up with, you might be asking yourself: So how do you bake up a website that is actually a lead magnet vs. a lead repellent? 🤔
I'm glad you asked! I'll be covering how to have a lead-generating website in my next video. Stay tuned and follow @samdraland for more.
Ps. Having any kind of website means that you are brave enough to show up and you believe in your business. My intention is to help you get the most out of your website so you can use it as a tool for your business. 🫶
