This is how you can go about it

✅ Scroll down to activate the “Gesture Control” option
✅ Raise your hand just in front of the camera to start and stop your recording.

Here is something I would like to share with you. A couple of months ago I got really inquisitive and wanted to know how the Instagram reel algorithm works and went on a quest to know how to get favored by it.
I went ahead to do some digging, and studying and I noticed that there was really nothing as serious as they make it seem.
All that is needed is to know the basics and how to consistently implement them.
So here are a few takeaways
Before posting an Instagram reel, you should always have answers to the following
✅ What type of content do you want to create
✅ What goals do you look to achieving
✅ Who would this content be targeting
✅ What response do you expect from those who be viewing your reel
If the above questions can be answered positively then go ahead with the following before making a post
✅ Attach an engaging hook
✅ Add in a call to action
✅ Make sure your reels are very precise and short
✅ Grab their attention in the first 2-3 seconds
✅ Write compelling captions
With the above, you have the attention of the Instagram reel algorithm.

How to Create the “Stop Motion” Transition Within the Instagram App
Below are detailed steps on how to go about it
✅ Step 1: Open the Instagram app and click the plus button (+) to create Reels
✅ Step 2: Set your time i.e (for shorter videos with a few objects-15sec & longer videos with several objects-60sec
✅ Step 3: Place your objects and make very short video recordings of each of them
✅ Step 4: Click the arrow➡️and tap on the “Edit Clips” option to edit each of the video clips.
Make sure each video clip is cropped and made very short.
✅ Step 5: Click the arrow➡️ to watch the preview video before finally making your post

Step 1 - Long press on your profile icon and Click on “Add to Story”
Step 2 - Select an image or a video from your gallery
Step 3 - Click on the icon above with the three (3) dots (...)
Step 4 - Click on “Draw”
Step 5 - Click on the third icon with the brush symbol above
Step 6 - Select a black colour below and tap on the screen to long press
Step 7: After activating the Dark Aesthetic Filter on your story, go head to add a Text and click “Done” to share your story.

✅ Step one: Open the Instagram app and tap on the Reels icon below
✅ Step two: Select the reels audio you would like to use and click on the audio icon
✅ Step three: Tap on the “Use Audio” button and make a three-second video while the audio plays
✅ Step four: On the screen, write down a short description of the audio I.e the title or the lyrics of the audio.
Note: This would help you remember the audio when you choose to use it for your content.
✅ Step five: Click to save to drafts on instagram
