Life has been an amazing journey. Ups and downs. Failures and setbacks. A few depressing phases, I'm glad I've faced all of those moods so that I am ready to face more in the future to come
Always grateful to the man above for guiding me through bad times. In helping me keeping my head up and helping me to be strong during the dark times of life. I'm glad I got through the bad times to see the value of the good times. If not for his blessings I would have ended up in a different place with a different attitude
Just because certain doors close on you and just because sometimes your path to your goal suddenly rerouted doesn't mean it's over neither it means unattainable. It means that God has created a better alternative for you. Everytime I failed and was lost, I looked upto him and asked why me and I used to ask what the hell did I do wrong?
Everytime I asked he always showed me an amazing path and thought me that I need to understand myself more and that I need to have patience. He always made a path for me and always created a better destination for me than what i expected. He always works on our success even tho we may not see it
So trust me everytime you think your failing at a rate or neither your path to success is blank or just dark where you can't see at all. God is on a plan to making your journey great. So be patient and be grateful. He does miracles where you will never believe in but he works his magic at the right time to show you that you were put into this world for a good reason. Until then have some faith and believe that times will be fine and success will be yours
Whatever your belief may be. Your God is working amazing things on your life. You just need abit of faith and some courage to walk through the bad times.

It is with great pride and humble honour that I say I will be representing Miss Sri Lanka for Miss World 2021. As a little girl I always knew that I wanted to be somebody that made a positive difference in the world which is why I made it my mission to do as much as I could for my country and community. I strived to work hard and work towards my goal of one day representing my country on a global platform and bring awareness to the many charitable causes that I’ve been a part of over the years. Where in which I hope to bring glory to my country this December at the Miss World 2021 pageant in Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷

I would like to take this opportunity to also thank Sangeetha Weeraratne, Senaka De Silva, Kumar De Silva, Athula Mahawalage, Channa & Aseka Wijewardena, Dhananjaya Bandara and Lashni Munasinghe and the rest of the Miss World team for their guidance and patience. You have all have been my backbone during my journey and these couple of weeks have instilled so much positive growth and value in me that I know will be with me forever.
Last but not least to my family members and friends, your guidance and support means the world to me. Especially to my parents and my best friend Dinuri, you have been my pillar of strength, I am eternally grateful for your love and support. ❤️

To my fellow Sri Lankans, I hope to make you proud and I can’t wait to share this journey with you all! Thank you for believing in me and supporting me. Now onwards in making Sri Lanka proud at the Miss World 2021 pageant in Puerto Rico! 🙏🏼 ✨
