Hidden among the happening yet calm Area of Fort Koch in Kerala is this JAIL OF FREEDOM STRUGGLE. On our visit to this place, the security person was so happy that he actually showed us around. May because people rarely visit here. This historic Jail is on the beach just a few minutes walk from the famous Vasco Da Gama Square.

This JAIL has seen several freedom fighters imprisoned here, during Dutch, Portuguese and English Rule.
