We forget to live in the present moment, We keep looking back over our shoulder about a memory/past. We look towards the future/ our visions to fill our present fulfillment.

we tend to be absent with our present, Enjoy the little things cause once you look back they were the big things. The purpose of life is not about the future and if you think it is then you will go on and on looking for it there and never find it because in the future in its own way it fades out like the past. You get older and older and you may feel cheated that you haven't found that golden life but the whole time you were living in it.

Every step you take now whether it's small or big is the greatest achievement.

In the past, I did not realize that I would not acknowledge someone's present self but always think of he/she was before their .

It wasn't till I saw others do the same and had experienced my growth.

I am a firm believer that people can change/better themselves. It Is a long journey & something that should be celebrated. As you grow your people change, your environment changes, your mindset, and how you carry yourself changes.

Do you know anyone?...

Why not acknowledge that persons growth & say “Good job, your doing well!”

From a young age, I only knew of ONE LOVE but as I got older and went through many life lessons I learned that there are many different types of Love, especially for various people.

I thought if I loved them I would get the same back in return but you can sometimes be left disappointed...

If I look prettier they would hang out with me, if I was funnier then I would be included, if I support them I'm sure they will love me. If I buy lunch then I'm sure she/he will eat with me...

Once I learned the difference it is more of a battle to know your worth and let them go... If it's a parent, partner, friend, family, etc

My circle may be small now but I am more loved than ever before. 😍🙌🏽👏🏼❤️

It can be a huge battle to Love yourself...not only physically but mentally too.

We tend to think that being loved by someone else will make us feel better and help us deal with our inner demons but that can only go so far...

Only you can overcome those insecurities, the toxic thoughts, and be happy with just being “You!”.

You don't have to do it alone but finding your inner peace is the best Love you can receive ❤️

What would it be like if we had more of an understanding about Growth?...

What if we got to witness someone growing as a person & watch them be achieve that happy place mentally without reminding others what they had done in the past?...

We advocate that it's ok to make mistakes and learn from them but we tend to forget that we should also accept them as the better person that they have become

As you get older you learn that putting yourself first is what you need. Making other people happy doesn't necessarily make you happy. Don't make decisions due to feelings or FOMO! We all miss something/someone but sometimes in order to move on from that chapter in life it's time to let go and move on....
