Meet Kota and Allie! My wee bairns, as I like to call them.

Fun Facts About Kota:
1.He hates flies just as much as I do…so he eats them.
2.He converses with every dog that walks by. People think he’s mean but he’s just got a lose screw. He really just wants to be everyone’s friend.
3.He loves his orange ball but loses it often.
4.He farts like a human. Which is super convenient for …and me…😂
5.He’s made his first TV debut in “Dusk” Official Music Video. Let’s be real, he was the star of that vid🥰
6.He’s the best cuddler ever (5 star Yelp reviews)
7.He’s quite the ladies man…
8.but LOVE IS LOVE for Kota 🌈

Fun Facts About Allie:
1. She’s 16 years young and planning to live another 16 years. (Jokes aside, I AM SO THANKFUL AND GRATEFUL for this 🙏🏼)
2.She’s a thirsty bitch. Literally. She LOVES water. It’s her secret to youth.
3.She loves cats and actually acts more cat than dog hence her nickname “Allie Cat”
4.She loves chicken. Hence her other nickname “chimkin” and “Chimmy”
5.She has a lot of nicknames. See above 😂
6.She loves sniffing flowers for hours. Again, LITERALLY. She can sniff them for hours 😂
7.She has permanent skate socks on her two front feet!
8.She actually enjoys wearing sunglasses because she’s badass like that!
9. She’s been by side for 16 years, through tragedy, heartbreak, crazy adventures.

For me, anywhere in Europe OR Portland, Maine! I visited Portland about 4 years ago with a close gf of mine and we fell in love with the locals (some of the kindest people live here), delicious food 🦞, beautiful sights, and I loved that people actually let me into a lane when using my car signal. Californian’s you know what I’m talking about. 😂
Fast forward to 2020 when I discovered .skates skating on the beautiful roads of Maine. My love of Maine and eagerness to go back grew even more!
I haven’t traveled via airplane since the Pandemic but I know when I do, I will be a giddy gal when I can finally land in Maine and skate those canopy tree roads🌞

Are you remembering to stretch?
Stretching does the body good!
For those of you who don’t know I suffer with scoliosis. Stretching/yoga has helped me manage my pain (especially after 2-3 hour skate sessions).
You only get one body so make sure you give it some love (that includes rest and stretching). has a great 30 day March stretch challenge. I’ll post in my story for everyone in case you missed it!

IT’S THE WORST.
Luckily I saw my spine whisperer and I’m feeling better.
This was my reminder I need to do a better job stretching before and after skating.
It really matters! So if you’re reading this and you’re as bad as I am when it comes to stretching before and after skating CONSIDER THIS YOUR SIGN 🔮😹🧡

I am thinking of trying roller fit class to improve flexibility and strength for skating. Just hoping I don’t eat s**t in the process, it takes skillllls😹🧡🧡🧡
