For me, Jeremy Tank, this is my first time in a tabletop RPG.
I play "Joe" the Loxodon (elephant person), a deranged and lighthearted character with a dark past.
Some of the audio is sketchy in the first few episodes. We know. Give it a chance because once we replaced the microphone and get into the story — things REALLY take off!

In the center of the continent is a perpetual dark whirlpool known as The Void. No one knows where it leads, and even the most powerful demigods avoid it. It was formed three thousand years ago, when terrible magics went awry and ripped the once-whole continent asunder. Most of the world was leveled by the blast. This was known as The Shatter. After this, the God of Magic, Mystra, stepped in and created rules about what magic mortals could, and could not, perform to prevent similar cataclysms.
