Just wanted remind all of you that there nothing more important to your well being then mental health. I know what the daily struggle is like and how it is hard to find your. But the one thing that i can say is to reach out for help don't matter who a friend , professional, family, hell even you pets talk to someone about how you feel. I had slipped into a dark place for sometime. I got lucky that a stray cat that never had meet me choice to claim me as her own. She is always making sure that I am ok when I have my Dark days. So there is always some out there. Keep you head up and always remember no matter how dark the storm gets there is always a deacon of light looking to guide you through it all.

This is something that I deal with every day and there is so many that do the same. This is the message that I want to convey with the most importance with the upmost importance, you are not alone there is help all you have to reach out a hand for the help that you need. I battle depression and anxiety everyday, so if you need help with your battle feel free to reach for help. As a marine there is a code that we stand by no one will be left behind or forgotten. We are here to help just be sure that you don't lose your reason to fight. Semper Fidelis
