🥯 3 INGREDIENT GF BAGELS 🥯
Simple gluten free bagels. I’ve always been meaning to give these a try! They were a little messy to make but turned out quite tasty. Definitely best served warm so I toasted them when I was eating them the days following.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 tub Greek style natural yoghurt
- Mixed seeds
Mixed flour and yogurt together in a bowl well. Then spooned out onto a floured surface and shaped into bagels. Quite sticky I found but got there in the end!
Baked in oven for around 20 minutes at 190 degrees. I turned them around 3/4 way through baking. Best served warm and immediately.
I enjoyed a delicious them with:
- ham
- cheese
- Dijon mustard
- jalapeños
- rocket
- cucumber
I’d definitely make again but I’d say a donut tray would be handy to use!
