Progress reports:
Recall that Murtala Yakubu Ajaka closed his case at the tribunal after presenting highly sufficient evidence in BVAS, CTC, form EC8As, forensic examination reports and other documents relevant to the case to prove that it was he who won the election and not Ododo
Recall also, that he didn't dump the documents at the tribunal but call witnesses to speak to the documents
Recall that INEC Nigeria Data analyst representing INEC serve as the witness who powered, displayed and demonstrated the BVAS where it showed the world accredited voters far lower than the votes announced for the five LGs of Okene, Adavi, Okehi, Ajaokuta and Lokoja
Recall that a reputable forensic firm served as expert witness who presented the forensic reports where it showed a single person voting multiple times
Recall that Muri Ajaka also questioned the eligibility of Mr Ododo to contest for the election on the bases of documents forgery
Recall that the commissioner for oath and registrar of the FCT High court where Ododo claimed to have acquired his affidavit to back his alleged certificates misplacement had come to the court to testify that his affidavit were fake, forged and gotten from a road side computer Centre
Recall also that INEC, Ododo and APC as respondents were given 10 days to defend their case and tell the world how Ododo won the election
Well, INEC has closed their case without defending the evidence against
Ododo also did closed his case today after bringing witnesses who testified against him that there was in fact, over voting in the election and Ododo auth not to have been declared winner based on the facts
Instead Continuing on the path of presenting witnesses who might speak in their defense, Ododo introduced a twist into the matter by raising a fresh case saying Murtala Ajaka did not file his case in time as per unverified remita information in his possession
Well, the Court gave them time to prove their case, they couldn't prove anything. They ask the court to call CBN, the court did. But instead of waiting on CBN to send a representative, they went and secured a road side CBN officer who had no ID card, no letter of recommendation from CBN, nothing to show he came from CBN
Because the Tribunal in their wisdom saw through the shenanigan, they asked the fellow to dump his document in the Court and left without speaking to the document
Tor, to stop all speculations and the propaganda of Odondo followers, here's the remita information they were banking on to return back to the stage

Ododo will be austed from office without a case
He couldn't even defend his affidavit but closed his case
He will be jailed for 7 years alongside the 33 years Yahaya Bello will be getting as jail term from his stealing spree
