Brigada Pagbasa 2022
Brigada Pagbasa is a national movement for reading that aims to bring together all education champions and supporters to contribute to nation-building by helping all Filipino children enhance their reading skills in the context of partnership. This is to support DepEd's goal to uplift literacy among Filipino Learners and to support existing enrichment and remediation activities led by DepEd.
In support to this movement, SJBES conducted Mobile Brigada Pagbasa and tapped potential volunteer who will serve as fascilitators and tutors in an after-school reading remediation program. To intensify the advocacy volunteers signed on the Commitment Wall to signify their support.
Layunin po ng programa na matugunan ang mga hamong kinakaharap ng mga mag-aaral sa pagbabasa at literasiya.
Sa mga nagnanais pa po na magvolunteer sa pagtuturo ng pagbabasa sa mga mag-aaral, makipag-ugnayan lamang sa ating page o magtungo mismo sa paaralan para sa orientasyon at mga detalyeng nais malaman. Maari ding magbigay ng donasyong libro at mga babasahin na maaring magamit ng mga mag-aaral sa paarala.
