Meet our CEO & Founder! Tara Vaughan is a talent and marketing executive born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. With over 7 years of entertainment experience, Tara brings a unique and innovative mindset when it comes to talent relations, optimization and strategy.

Tara’s experience originated in film and TV production and casting, where she was credited in the Casting Department for Oscar and Golden Globe-nominated projects including Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman, Amy Sherman-Palladino’s The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and David Simon’s The Deuce.

From there, Tara shifted industries and began working in celebrity news as a social media producer and content creator for In Touch Weekly, Life & Style Weekly and Closer Weekly magazines, followed by the Partnerships Lead at Boldstreak, an Influencer Talent Management company.

Working in social media and influencer marketing honed in on the skills necessary to maximize strategy, content creation, campaign management, and talent management. Tara has partnered with award-winning brands and agencies in the industry on sponsored campaigns for a full roster of creators on all social platforms.

In 2020, Tara founded TAV Management, an influencer talent management and consulting company. She augments sponsorship deals for her clients through her negotiation skills and tactics, followed by optimizing performance in order for both her clients and the brands to be pleased with the campaign outcome. She also provides metric-driven insight for her clients.
