I created this events company at uni when I was surrounded by literally no women and diversity was lowww in the music scene. Since then, I have been called a 'slut' multiple times, had other promoters kicked out of my events because they were threatened by what we were building and went as far to click the 'pause' button whilst I was playing, been told 100x over that I'm '*actually* quite good' and had more DJ mansplaining than I care to go into - THIS IS A BIG F YOU TO THEM ALL! I have created this event to create a safe and welcoming space where all people can come together and celebrate an amazing line up of incredible performers.
