Go into the sensations of the body and messages of the emotions.

These messages are giving you clues - what's actually unconscious within you.

Some messages are stopping you from going against your true values.

Way is not inward.

Today was a TOUGH DAY.

My son (4 years old, A***n), after the weekend at home, refuses to go to school on Monday morning.
I woke up with countless things I want to get it off my plate (work, audit deadlines, business, certifications for coaching, gym, school activities) but my son consumed my full battery capacity..🔋

Lot of convincing why going to school is a good thing.
Then me & my husband - two people dropping him to school, rushing and working fast-paced, and then again two people going to pick him up.
And he didn't leave me a second till he went to bed.

A***n is about to fall asleep, in bed, I am breathing quietly and soothing myself, and then he wakes.... I want chopped fruits in my bed.. OK, somehow, I will keep it together.

I went to the kitchen, chopped the food, about to put some nuts as well in the bowl, and something dropped 🫳
It made a loud noise as it dropped on the kitchen floor.
My husband working 9pm on the dining table on his laptop - MAKES A COMMENT.

That's it.....THAT WAS A BLOW.

I turned into breath watching, keeping it still together to MY VOICE TOUCHING THE SKY. Why are you commenting if I drop something on the floor.

Then, I settled A***n to sleep.

And......

What could turn into a full blown arguments with my husband, when I would read his patterns, his ancestral patterns, his attachment styles his childhood traumas, his unconscious beliefs.... (all from my coaching trainings), (I did all of that in under 5 mins by the way), and then the FUSE WENT DOWN...

Charge was gone. The attack was gone.

And surprise surprise... my husband didn't run away to the top floor (classic avoidant), he spoke to me calmly and done.

So no... Transformational Coach doesn't have entitling together every single moment we just ride the wave with more capacity to hold sh*t together when really pressed hard.

DECEPTION OF SPIRITUALITY & AWAKENING"

Truth be told, I have been quite frustrated with the gaps in my understanding of spirituality and my human-self. It has been 20 years of seeking spirituality from the world's most famous spiritual teachers. I have been to 3 spiritual masters and I have devoted my life to their teachings. I was not a part-time seeker who would dip my toes in and then go disappear back into daily life. I was in it fully. I devoted myself fully to these teachings. I have done 3,500 hours of meditation over these 2 decades.

No doubt. I have had unimaginable experiences with these meditations. I can experience SILENCE, the buzzing silence, the nourishing silence, the quietness of everything stopping. Such Expansive feeling. When thoughts come and go, and I sit here watching them pass me by. I become so fully present with the inner dimension, the space which is beyond the forms. I have tasted the infinite, the expansiveness of the spirit/ non-physical dimension.

And yet - my human-self was in a lot of mess. I served in not-for-profit sectors. I worked to empower underprivileged children through delivering charitable projects. I worked my way up in the career ladder. I made money. I did side businesses. I saw relationships coming and going. Amidst all of these, there was a disconnect. DESPITE of being highly spiritually aligned.

Because underneath all of my spiritual practices, there was a belief that human world is full of suffering. Human-world is a limiting world of forms. Forms are temporary. And being spiritually seeking - is the highest way to be. I had a sense of superiority because I had been following highly influential spiritual masters. They have followers in millions. It was giving me validation that I was on the right path. I had developed somewhere a belief that the 'world of forms' is inferior to the dimension of 'form-less'. I thought seeking spirituality is the ultimate and human-world is for non-awakening people (wow. how arrogant and ignorant that was).

I had a very rude awakening.

I pray for both the oppressed and the oppressor, knowing perfectly it is easy to say from the place where I am sitting in my cosy home in a safe city of London, England.

I might be delusional, but I don't know if there is any other way than healing for all humans.

In my 20s, my business partner emptied my bank account and ran away with all of my years of savings. That was the first taste of what it feels like when something that is yours is snatched away from your hands.

I had experienced explosive rage for one year. It was dark. It was heavy. It didn't let me sleep. It got me consumed further into wrong actions. Wrong company. I wanted to rage full-blown.

Fortunately, I healed. I found ease within. I found forgiveness for the person who did me wrong. And forgiveness for myself for putting myself amongst unsafe people.

This is by no-means comparable to what warn torn countries experience. Being an Empath, I am practicing how to feel & stay with those who are in extreme pain, without shutting down, without disassociating. I am in practice of this for now.

I am praying for wise souls to be born & come forth from this region to guide people through.

I pray for awakening for all people.
I pray for healing for all humans
I pray for safety for all humans.
And I pray as if prayers have already been answered.

Creating Dream Life - did you know??

It takes two steps process:

✨️ Step-1: You will have to move past old identity, and it will require inner shifts, moving from shadow to the light.

Here we dig into what, why, how.

What's coming from the past unprocessed stuff and what's actually real.

Clarifying the desires by removing unconscious layers.

✨️ Step-2: Soul is always guiding to the next move. That's guiding us into the new. Here, the imagination, visuals, convictions, unshakable self-belief comes in.

🍁 There is no conscious creation without clearing past, stepping into Future, and all. Done in the PRESENT MOMENT.

Who can relate to this?

Wow, I didn't know I was capable of staying in bed for 24 hrs straight. 😴

And slept 15 hrs at a stretch.

I fell ill some kind of bug. High temperature and weakness.

Usually, I had always been on an overdrive. Always on the go-go mode.

On the first day of illness, I worked normally. Usual. But the second day, my body crashed.

I gave in.
I decided to chill.
That's very unusual for me.
That's actually progress for me, compared to how I had been for years.

I would work 60 hrs a week for all of my 20s till early 30s until I delivered my son A***n. Even after pregnancy, I didn't take the proper time away. I was back on laptop literally 3 days after delivering my son.

I am going through a few life-coaching certifications plus working full-time plus 4 years old boy, so there is lots to do.

I wouldn't allow myself to REST.

I was trying to trace where this compulsive overdrive is coming from. I applied one of my coaching methods, beliefcoding, to go down the subconscious mind.

A memory came up from my school days.

I have to always work HARD, because if I don't, then I will be left BEHIND. And others would be doing better than me.

Wow..
A product of culture of unhealthy competition, it puts me always on the overdrive. Un-doing that is making progress for me.

I not only shut down computer for full one day, I ran a hot water bath, and I sat in the bath tub for half an hour. That was a luxury moments. I gave my body exactly what it needed.

🎶 Listen to your body.
🌷Give yourself exactly what your body is asking from you.
🌷 that's us falling in love with ourselves. And it's priceless.

I was about to lose my cool today and the day was going to go down bad... but it didn't.

☘️I was carrying few bags for swimming, sand boys, driniking water, snacks all on our way to beach..
A***n was running around with too much enthusiasm. His usual default status. He has his scooter that he paddles all the way from home till beach, today we went to a different beach. That was 25 mins walk. There are roads on the way and a***n is running off, not listening.

⛱️ In all of these... we were 10 steps to entering on the sands, nearly there... Greg had too much by that point. He says he needs to go for a walk on his own.

😱HERE IT COMES... TRIGGERS..

😮‍💨 If I am made to feel 'abandoned' and on my own to handle stuff - it sends me OFF BALANCE.

😮‍💨 If Greg feels TOO MUCH chaos, he is off balance and he would feel the need to stay on his own for his sanity at least for few mins. I take this as WITHDRAWAL.

🥵 Usually this could trigger in me raising my voice, and Greg would further withdraw.. and it would have been end of fun for the day.

🤗 With PRACTISING AWARENESS, today was SAVED. We had a good day and kids had fun. 😊

When i was triggered, i was ALERT ENOUGH. So, I went quiet🤫 I told Greg to carry all the bags. Put on a place on the beach. Then I said that he should go for a walk on his own, catch few breaths and bring us indian food for takeaway. 😜

💗 Long story short, PRACTISING AWARENESS WORKS.

💗 We enjoyed the Indian food, played, swam in the sea and came home knackered hitting the bed.

💗 All triggers that set you off balance - are ground for learning, evolving, growth.

Invitation to Release EMOTIONAL PAIN through breathwork journey.

We all have been there during some phase of our lives.

Someone we loved dearly didn't value us, at times we felt undesirable, not worthy of our needs being met, we closed off, we put the guards up, we didn't feel good to open up, we never believed in love again, no matter what has been your journey, I can see you. I can feel you.

I am a very strong woman. I intellectually pushed past all my emotional pain of losing someone close to me, but my personal 2nd Breathwork journey... out of no-where intense pain in my chest & heart came up. As if I was purging the unspoken pain, the incomplete processing of that heart-wrenching experience 💔

And THANK GOD I RELEASED THE TOXINS. I don't usually use such heavy words, but that pain was toxic truly. God only knows how many other ways, those trapped emotions were shaping my current beliefs, behaviours and life choices.

I want to see WORLD FREE OF EMOTIONAL PAIN. So we SAY WHAT FEELS GOOD, and we ALLOW ourselves to RECEIVE what feels good.

Unpopular Opinion.. here it goes

I had this understanding that one big bang kind of event happens as a result of intense spiritual seeking and then one gets "enlighted" for good. That's how I understood from 2 decades of my spiritual sadhana and being amongst the enlightened masters.

May be.. that's the case for them.

Not so with me.

I see the layers and layers of opening, healing, becoming aware through events in life, some good & some very painful... how beautifully all guiding me HOME and to the greater level of WHOLENESS.

I now believe that everybody is ENLIGHTENED, to the extent that they have INTEGRATED their SHADOWS (nconscious aspects).

I believe that the Awakening for likes me... happen in UPWARD SPIRALS, IN LAYERS.

Accessing the SPIRIT, the ETERNAL, the EXPANSIVE, the FORMLESS, LIMITLESS aspect of who we are... only requires PRESENCE. Here & NOW- this dimension is available to all of us. It doesn't need for us to become "more worthy, more spiritual, more sadhana etc" for us to BECOME available to us. It's always HERE & NOW available to us. Even more correctly, that's one DIMENSION of who we are and it doesn't need finding.

Everybody is on the path of awakening, whether they know it or not. Even those who appear to be so deeply Unconscious, they too are being called to wake up. That's the nature of creation. It's seeking expansion and more & more becoming available to what it can create, through you & me.

YOU ARE ENLIGHTENED, TO THE EXTENT YOU HAVE INTEGRATED YOUR SHADOWS.

KEEP ON CREATING, KEEP ON SHEDDING THE UNCONSCIOUS/ LIMITING BELIEFS, AND KEEP ON GETTING IN THE HARMONY WITH YOURSELF.

That's the journey we all have signed up for.

Spiritual Journey Evolution

Coming from India and being born in a family where everyone is all evolving consciously.. I started my journey young at age 17 years old.

Life circumstances.. relocating countries, cultural programming, cultural differences after migration, relationship struggles.. all added fuel to the fire in evolving.

I have meditating 1000s of hours in nearly 2 decades.

My journey evolved from
Level-1 UNCONSCIOUS MIND seeking to compete and collect, to

LEVEL-2 Experiencing ONE CONSCIOUSNESS to..

LEVEL-3 INTEGRATING spirit and humanform. Going deeper into meditation and also healing unresolved patterns. Now I want to bring spirit into physicality by CONSCIOUSLY CREATING in accordance with hearts desires. Soul Purpose work has become the way of life. I will be honest.. I have used yoga and meditation to distance myself from mind & emotions, to disassociate..in the past and I had stayed in relationships and professions that were not in harmony. I had not yet learned... that now.. its all about CHOICE. what you wish to create & experience... participating by application of FREEWILL. .

I no longer hold the view of... distancing myself from the world, emotions, and thoughts as the highest quality. I want to watch the patterns showing up and its compulsive nature.. shed light there... see what it wants to show me.. what I can make UNCONSCIOUS into the CONSCIOUS, and continue to apply CHOICE/ FREEWILL for what I want to create next. Heart is the compass in guiding that. In fact when heart is guiding.. spirit takes over and creates expressions.

My bottom line message is: make the UNCONSCIOUS into the CONSCIOUS, INTEGRATE these parts, and become a CREATOR from the inside out letting the HEART LEAD..

Experience of attending a spiritual retreat with my parents' spiritual group over the last 5 days over Easter weekend.

Presence of a teacher/ master: makes me humble, lighter, showing me my shortcomings. Giving me a taste of unbounded, all-inclusive nature of our spiritual aspect. An experience of oneness, one consciousness. A huge gratitude for the tireless offering of the teacher and all volunteers. 🙏

And I am also contemplating how much I wish to integrate these learnings to live a more connected, human-life.
I so don't look down upon humanself.
I don't want to be done with humanself so I can evolve higher and become more spiritual and so I can reach to enlightenment !

Spirit is the base upon which all physicality is created. Both are existing simultaneously, within one another.

Integration of the two aspects of who we are - that is what sits right with me. I want to love all humans in my closeness fully in their humanself. I don't want enlightenment if that means moving away from these epic humans and what comes with human experiences. That's where I am, for now. Life is keeping on revealing what I am ready to receive.

Integrate the physical and the non-physical aspects of you in creating a harmonious life.

Without having distance from non-stop thoughts & feelings- you can't hear your own self what's really true and what's noise.

And sitting meditating, pursuing enlightenment as a highest achievement- is a missed opportunity to have an EPIC human life.

Love fully, f**k fully, laugh fully, cry fully, be broken fully, rebuild better next-time fully, keep on learning about yourself.

What your higher self is asking from you.
Keep on moving.
Keep on making aligned changes.
Keep on creating.
It's a never-ending game.
Creating and dissolving are happening simultaneously.
You are creating the next aligned creation and, at the same-time dissolving the older level of the awareness.

From today's catdiology centre visit.

HEART BLOACKAGE YEAR-2013

Bringing back some memories.
Apparently, my pacemaker needs battery replaced at 10 years. And it's been almost 10 years

At age 26, my heart was found to completely blocked how doctor explained. Heart-beats were 20-30 bits per minute for almost a day. I had blackouts. I was coming in and out of darkness. I couldn't breathe. It was the worst day of my life. When your body needs breath, and when you don't get the oxygen... that suffocation. I don't want to recall that memory. It was a very thin thread I was hanging on to that day. Another Indian cardiologist senior in the field here in the UK was made to rush from another hospital to come for pacemaker surgery. That revived my heartbeat.
Although I was on the verge of death, and body was struggling but my sense of awareness had heightened. I could hear all the conversations from doctors and nurses in operation theatre when I was under full anesthesia. I had a breakthrough in my consciousnes. Some sort of door opened. I am still unravelling what that experience was, till date. Everything changed forever.

Doctors won't remove my pacemaker. I asked a few times.

Gratitude for doctors, for nurses, for free NHS. They took care of me like a VIP ! Doctors are incredible humans. The hardcore training they go through for decade to quality. 🙇‍♀️🙏

And all the check ups couldn't pinpoint why my heart wasn't beating fast enough!! But I. KNOW WHY. I was not on same page with my father. My heart was sinking every single day for a few years approaching that day... sinking feeling had manifested in complete heart blockage. Physical science is not yet advanced with diagnosis & treatments where the emotional body and energetics of a human being are taken into consideration.

Lesson & Learning: it's FRAGILE life. Not worth wasting a moment doing anything other than what TRULY MATTERS TO YOU. And only your personal inner-guidance can tell you what you want. SOUL-LEVEL TRUTH, BEYOND THE LAYER OF SUPERFICIAL FEARS. YOU KNOW YOUR SOUL-TRUTH.

Say what needs to be said. Keep it minimum, sincere (if it's sensitive). No crushing other's spirit whilst applying discernment.

My most wildly AMBITIOUS dream was - to see the WORLD FREE of POVERTY.

YUP. I believed that was possible because we donate BILLIONS in AID annually. So my dream is not technically UNREALISTIC.

These pics are from 10 years ago - from a trip in Tanzania on medical-aid projects, providing worm-disease treatment to children. ❤️

I always knew - either I am going to make s**t load of money for me,OR I will devote my life to changing the world to a better place before I die.. (dramatic..I know. I don't do anything normal). It so happened that by the age of 22 years old, more or less - craze for making money for the sake of it was GONE. It became about PURPOSE, BIGGER PIC & IMPACT- for me.

Age-22, between two opportunities- one was receiving internship in a big-tech company OR other was worm-disease treatment in Africa (at Imperial College London). I chose the CHARITY.

When you DREAM, you DREAM fricking big. What is not possible for a beating human heart. When you find your WHY... why you do what you do; the rest becomes EASY. Right?

My WHY was - I had a huge spiritual experience. I started feeling people as part of myself. Seeing human suffering was bleeding my heart. My way of service in charity-was to empower staff in poor countries with tools, systems, skills so they will deliver the projects providing education, medical treatment, nutrition etc for children.

My Life-Coaching Business had already started 13 years ago whilst working for these charities in some ways. When I left places, my teams were EMPOWERED to be their next-level. We touched lives of millions of children directly/ indirectly through our service.

My next upleveling looks like- serving humans 1:1, putting their faith back into the wisdom of their heart, shifting their old patterns so they claim their most ALIGNED higherself, and witness their journey of BECOMING.

There is no-stopping to UP-LEVELING. In business, career, health, fitness, relationships-whatever that may look like for you. Come work with me 1:1. My Condition-your work must serve/ empower the other, or innerwork. I don't support power-hungry, narcissistic individuals who are using fear & manipulation to dominate others.
