BODY (nervous system) is wired for safety, biologically.

We have to teach new levels of safety to the body by moving through dysregulation due to past unprocessed emotions (unconscious patterns/ trauma) and stretch the capacity to be able to go for the next-level success/ growth.

Especially for driven women like us - we are professionals with fulltime jobs, running businesses, family, kids - no other work is as powerful as working with our body. This serves our healing, spiritual awakening, and professional/ personal growth.

And yet it's not the "house" that makes me feel abundance.

It's my capacity to allow myself to go for work, jobs, charities I supported, I allowed my heart to lead me.

It's my capacity to allow myself to BE - ME, my true whole self - makes me feel abundance.

I have LIVED MY DHARMA for the last 17 years.

I didn't worship money since age-21 years old.
(Although I was programmed in a schooling system to compete with others and do better than others).

I actually VALUED - solving problems for humanity, being in service.

That brought me the highest joy.

More I heal my nervous system, release survival patterns, create safety in my body, And anchored into my inner-being - I am opening up myself to more service and more abundance. This is what women in my coaching container receive. DM for 20 mins free nervous system healing session.

I looked at these old photos today from my Facebook personal profile. My eyes were a little teary, how much power is already claimed in these past versions.

Can you take a few mins tod to actually see yourself, your past versions, and take pride in her overcoming so much?

If your heart is broken, God will make it up.
You got to LOVE YOU first.

If your marriage is rocky, don't lose faith. Don't avoid and push things down. These are signs for letting go of some old unconscious patterns, and the next level of intimacy will become available to you.

Everything is working out for you in some mysterious way. Even if you can't see the full picture right now. Be patient and keep showing up for yourself.

Falling in love with greg, having our son, falling out of love, working through patterns that once felt like no way to recover from, and restoring love back again in marriage, feeling so supported & held - this is all GRACE.

I live in FAITH,
To that which is beyond names, shapes, labels.
That which can't be seen.
And yet that which is FELT.
In everything.
In DEVOTION.

Thank you God for the knowledge, resources, supportive people, my parents, all those who carried us through in 9 years of our action packed life.

Thank you God- for all the money we made, money we lost , businesses we built, providing for our family and thank you for the good health.

I pray for women, all sisters to be held in love, the way they want it & desire it.

Your TRIGGERS are your GATEWAYS to your

I have a full-time accounting job as a Head of Finance, part-time property businesses, part-time coaching business, studying for further qualifications, and mommy & wife. So my plate is deliciously full.

This week was tough and fantastic!!
An email landed from my colleague in my inbox, highlighting things that I have failed to deliver.
No previous nudges, requests, or feedback.
No private conversation - nothing
And then straight landing with the direct comment with others in copy !

As I read the email, my hands started to tremble with fears. As if a little girl is being yelled at for bad performance in school. I straightaway pulled back from replying to the email. Misplaced anger wanted to write back too in anger (when you are triggered, do your best to come back to yourself before you fire back/ react !!)

I dropped into breaths, slowed down my breaths, and my hands were still shaking for a few mins.

It turned out my triggers wanted me to clear old schooltime memories of getting told off and feeling so shaken, and it wanted me to remind myself that power is within and I am so complete regardless others see me or not.!

I came out from that trigger with integrated power.
Boundaries in communication levels were set with so much love and respect, from my side for sure.
Instead of feeling powerless, I came out feeling fantastic.
Anger turned into integrated-healthy anger and then into good level of action-taking.

So I love being triggered now.
The shadow work that I can do in real-time is LIFE-CHANGING.
