Hello, hello. Happy Monday and happy new month!
Can you believe it? We are ending 2020 very soon. I don't know about you all, but this year has gone by extremely slow. I guess because we all have been through some things, experienced some things and we need to jump start a new year. But Lord please let's not exit like we came in with a bang, destruction and chaos.
I pray everyday for our country. I really do. As of tomorrow we all need to pray like crazy! Not getting into Politics, but how strong are we? Are you? That's our inspiring word for this week - STRONG.
We can be physically strong, financially strong, emotionally strong, and mentally strong.
Strong can take on many meanings in many situations. Everyone has a story. We have our testimonies. We have stories that can be like no other. Our "life's plate" seems to always be loaded deep with more and more things once it's cleared. When we feel great, feel strong, the plate somehow becomes full and heavy and before you know it we aren't feeling strong anymore. Our patience and time is tested. Ironically, that's the very exact time that being strong is brought out. You see, when we are faced with negativity, adversity, and the like, most of us we dig down deep to let life know we aren't given up the fight. We put on those "big girl panties" and let life know that there is a higher power, not to preach or anything, but we have been designed for better. God has a plan for us. It has been laid out. We may not be able to see it clearly but, oh when it is revealed, it is magnificent in all its glory. We will face challenges and obstacles and by and by, through and through we become strong and not weak. We may lay down for a few, but we get up, dust ourselves off and proceed with the plan.
We are strong. Our minds are made clear and our determination shall not be altered. Be strong in your goals sistahs. Your thoughts, your words, your life. Don't let obstacles wear you down. Get up, be focused, be determined. When you are faced with those challenges...
Be strong and endure the fight. Your strength will guide you through.
Be blessed.
