Being a woman who has struggled with mental health since she was 15 years old. And feeling like I didn’t have a voice and embarrassment ran me. I’m excited that I’m a two time author. This is my second book to where I unveil the truth behind the struggles of mental health while finding my identity. This is not about money to me this is about getting the story out for many of us struggling with different forms of mental illness. It affects us daily and our relationships From looking at us judging us somethings wrong with us when it’s not even like what they picture. We are human beings with a heart and a soul and we have things that we can offer to this world because we are created beings. Open up your heart and help those around you the deal with depression PTSD bipolar personality disorder schizophrenia in different forms of mental illness.
