RAIDED ON GAMING HOUSE UNDER THE LIMITS OF MANGALHAT PS – (11) PERSONS HELD – SEIZED AN AMOUNT OF Rs.1,39,620/- AND PLAYING CARDS
On 28-07-2021 the sleuths of Commissioner’s Task force, West Zone Team, Hyderabad received credible information that some persons are playing 3 cards gambling at premises No.12-1-481/83, Dattatreya colony, Mangalhat, Hyderabad and using the premises as common gaming house.
The West Zone Task Force team raided the said premises and found the following persons are playing 3 Cards gambling which is a game of chance.
1) Thakur Vijendar Singh @ Vicky Singh, R/o H.No.14-10-864, Lower Dhoolpet, Mangalhat, Hyderabad.
2) Vinod Singh, R/o Gangabowli, Mangalhat, Hyderabad.
3) S.Rajesh, R/o H.No.12-1-481/83, Dattatreya colony, Mangalhat, Hyderabad.
4) Venkatesh, R/o Gangabowli, Mangalhat, Hyderabad,
5) Syed Mahamood, R/o Engine bowli, Falaknuma, Hyderabad,
6) K.Prakash, R/o Indira nagar, Mangalhat, Hyderabad,
7) Mohd Chand, R/o Waheed nagar, Chaderghat, Hyderabad,
8) K.Keshav, R/o H.No.13-3-1045/198, Jiyaguda, Hyderabad,
9) Hussain Khan R/o Errakunta, Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad,
10) D.Venkatesh R/o O.U Colony, Shaikpet, Hyderabad,
11) Mohd Wazer, R/o Jirrah, Asif nagar, Hyderabad.
The main organizer of Thakur Vijendar Singh @ Vicky Singh was previously arrested in Cr.No.78/2020 U/s 3 & 4 of TS Gaming Act-1974 of Mangalhat Police Station.
The accused Thakur Vijendar Singh @ Vicky Singh is organizing gaming house in the above premises by taking commission for each game from the players and earning money illegally. In this case Seized Net cash of Rs.1,39,620/, (52) Playing cards, (2) Extra sets of playing cards and (7) Cell phones from the possession of accused persons.
The accused persons along with seized material were handed over to SHO, Mangalhat Police Station for further necessary action.
