Oh motivation? Let’s get focused on our minds and bodies. It’s time to make a comeback…again… & that starts today!
We need to help raise mental health awareness & a good way to do that starts with ourselves. We must dig deep into our souls, find what helps make us feel better. Mental health is physical health, trust me the better we treat our bodies by what we eat and how active we are the more prepared we are for significant change.
Our mental health also heavily relies on how we talk to ourselves which determines how we feel in our minds and how we act towards others. Life is tough and there are a lot of ups and downs and outside sources that can make things go out of control sometimes. Some situations can simply wreak havoc on our lives and derail how we feeel and our progress. No matter what happens it’s important to keep a sound mind and body and fight through any and all adversity along the way. Sometimes we have to start over… and sometimes more than once.
Life can be ruthless.. but so can you! Start again today start right fu***ng now! Keep your head up and keep focused and fighting! I give no f***s and have no fear! You can do it again! So rise up ! Get up ! Stand up! Get your ass up off the floor! Scrape yourself off the wall and love yourself and love others!
I will be now documenting my new weight loss journey and hopefully I can motivate at least one person. I will share old pics and old thoughts but also will share good thoughts and motivation. I will be honest and straight up I will show you who I am and who I was with no fear or shame. I’ve been beat up pretty good and broken into many pieces but I know they will fit back together again.
I am not ashamed of falling down a few times along the way and going back and forth with my weight but I guess I had good excess..but I can reassure I will get back up again like Rocky Balboa! I will be known as Doni Balboa!
No more excuses so Get up! Stand up & Rise up into the light and out of the darkness of depression and despair! It’s mental health awareness month everyday!! Everyone needs to understand it’s an every minute, every hour, every day fight to stay a float and to stay strong! Stay true to yourselves and get back up and fight.!
