Happy Easter Everyone!
During this weekend, I thought we should look into the spiritual significance of water and its power to renew and transform us. Whether it is used in rituals or ceremonies, or simply consumed as a symbol of spiritual renewal, what many of use fail to realise is that we can set intentions for anything we want in the water we consume everyday.
Water played a huge role in my rebirth and awakening process and I believe it can do the same for you to. Ever heard of the water experiment?
Some call it pseudoscience, but Dr Masaru Emoto's experiment is pretty fascinating?

Fancy baking your own bread, but don’t know where to start? Here’s your beginner’s guide to an easy nut-bread recipe.
🍞 Mix 500g of plain flour in a large bowl, and add 100g of walnuts and sunflower seeds.
🍞 Add 1.3 tsp of salt, 20g of yeast and an oat milk/water mixture (175ml each).
🍞 Place on a flat surface and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.
🍞 Place a damp towel on the bowl and let it rest for 2 hours.
🍞 Preheat your oven to 240 degrees Celsius.
🍞 Place dough on a flat surface again and fold the edges to the centre of the dough.
🍞 Grab a baking tray and place baking paper on top of it.
🍞 Place the dough on the baking paper and paint with water. Let this rest for 20 minutes.
🍞 Cut a 1cm deep X on the dough, sprinkle with flour and place on the bottom half of the oven for 15 minutes.
🍞 Sprinkle with flour and place on the bottom half of the oven for 15 minutes.
🍞 Change the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 30 minutes.
🍞 Take out of the oven and let this rest for one hour.

A culture of judgment and ridicule creates fear of expression. People should be free to express themselves. Emphasis on the word FREE. Do you think we will ever achieve radical acceptance of our differences? Or will we always be at odds with each other, fighting over issues that, on the soul level, don't even exist?

In April we went to visit a famous Spa park in a small village in Campania, Italy.
Telese Terme is an old town with beautiful hidden thermal baths deep within the local park. Following a a devastating earthquake in the 1300s, the town gave birth to large lakes and thermal bathes. The sulphuric water bubbles up from the ground naturally and attracts visitors from far and wide.
The waters have been said to cure gastrointestinal illnesses, skin abnormalities and much more. The water is even good to drink and is bottled and sold in Italy and the US.
