You're not basic if you enjoy a Starbucks or go to a tulip farm. It's okay to take as many selfies as you want regardless of what people may say. If you want the smiley face slippers or the blue checkered vans simply because they are cute, then f*cking do it. Vitamin D is proven to enlighten one's mood, go soak it in. And Sunday dinner? Do I need to say more?
I'm trying to stop doing a million things at once. Training myself to take a deep breath, calm the nervous system, and live. I'm learning that this is more important than one may think, so that's why I'm telling you✨

My little Ella was one of my mini saviors throughout my illness. Aside from the fact that she is freaking adorable, she made me laugh and love harder than I could ever imagine. I'm so grateful for her 💜
In this picture, she was so incredibly shocked that I had hair. She was so used to me being bald. It was such a funny, but innocent moment that made me love her so much more than I already do.

I was raised around faith and religion. Always believed, but never truly indulged and practiced. It's amazing how crucial times in our lives bring us back to what's most important. This happened to me. Once you start truly focusing on what you want to see, it's EVERYWHERE. It becomes a part of you, your angels start to guide and align you on your correct path.
111 symbolizes intuition. To trust your gut and listen to your heart. Focus on what you what and nothing else!
I got this coat check card at a wedding the weekend before I got my results that I was cancer free. I truly believe this was my angels telling me to it's all going to be okay. Keep believing, keep manifesting and everything will align for you✨

The last two months have been pulling me away from TCC, really out of my control. And I hate most that my illness threw me off my game. But I kicked chemo ass!! and I'm ready to continue sharing my story with all of you and more.

It's the little things. It always will be. I cannot emphasis enough to capture each moment that makes your soul feel free. This life we live is short & stressful- celebrate what makes you feel calm, relaxed & thankful.

This week was a difficult one for me. Chemo Monday & Tuesday really knocked me off my feet. Because of this, I unfortunately will not be dropping episode 4 today. It will be coming though! And it really is going to be an eye opener.
