BALANCING ENTREPRENEURSHIP & MENTAL WELLNESS - Entrepreneurs, Is Rest part of your Self Care Regimen?

FACT: Rest is productive! Sometimes burnout happens when you're too ambitious and you set your standards too high. It's better to take the time to rest and get a handle on your mental health than fall behind in everything else.

Last week, Maryam Abdallah dispelled the myth that entrepreneurs must work and grind 24/7 in order to be successful. The reality is that resting gives us the energy to be able to continue to work on our goals. Resting is productive because you need to refuel your body!
