PLAN B RULES TO TAKE OUT THE DICTATOR
1.everyone in the struggle is ghost soldier.
2.Ghost soldiers dont have names or identity they stay anonymous not to compromise themselves.
3.we communicate with only signs and signs only
4.The dictator is killing and intimidating because we have no weapons.he is feeding on our fear.so we need weapons.i mean guns.
5.Question is how do we get guns?..its simple.we take the guns from the regime itself.
6.The police and army are humans they have weaknesses and are not alert all the time thats why they are bought off with money.
7.every Ghost soldier its your duty to study your area and mark one police operative and army and take his gun at his weakest moment.
8.forget about emotions and fear.because its clear that the dictator has none.
9.soldiers have fear too when they listen to the sound of the bullet they run and hide.it is time we feed on that.
10.lastly we dont need a bush to do this,we have followed the moral standards and they dont work any more.we bring the bush on the streets of uganda.
