Mental Health Matters . The holidays aren’t my favorite time of year; they’re my least favorite. They’re the time of year when my borderline personality disorder tends to flare up in the loudest and most volatile ways. I often shrink inside of myself or lash out at the people around me. My brain feels like it’s on fire, and I can’t get a handle on my emotions. . I’m thankful for this little trip to Discovery Cove that I took with my parents around Thanksgiving.
