We often hear about self-love, but where does it fit in when we are going through rocky times?

I’m going to be real with you. These last few months of getting my health in order have been difficult. It’s hard to love yourself when you’re not FEELING like yourself. But through this storm, something beautiful happened: God reminded me to practice personal kindness. 💖 So, each day, bit by bit, I’m learning to grant myself the grace (and space) to heal and persevere!

I’m sharing this with you not for sympathy but to stand in solidarity with anyone who needs a reminder of their strength and worth. Throughout the most difficult moments, God is right there with you. He wants what’s best for you and wants you to take care of yourself. 🙏🏾 With this in mind, I would love to hear some of your favorite self-love practices — comment below!
