Lakas ng Pinas! Congratulations sa OMO Abbyssinian for getting the 2nd Place at the Pokemon Unite World Championship!

A truly remarkable tournament run. Many were surprised as a humble Philippine team stood up against the very best teams around the Globe and went to demolish many tournament favorites. Natalo man sa Grand Finals, di parin maitatanggi ang isang solid na performance na kanilang ipinakita, lalo't higit first time lang nila sa World Stage.

This will truly boost the Pokemon Unite Scene in the country. And it comes to show how the Philippines can dominate in other esports games.

- Current Rank must be Mythic ( 20+ stars )
- Highest Rank attained must be Mythical Glory ( 100+ stars ATLEAST )
- Can Communicate well with the heads of the team and also with his teammates.
- Must be Dedicated, Cooperative, Responsible, Approachable and Resilient.
- Has good time management
- Open for criticisms
- Must be really willing to go for a long term connection with the team
