Senile Museveni’s funded mouthpiece Himbara has failed to grasp that Unlike Uganda, Rwanda chose accountability over “who is who”

Rwanda’s good governance and accountability principles is incomprehensible by the Bahima dynasty nepotistic system in Uganda led by the Rwanda-born Senile Museveni.

One simply has to look at the Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece, David Murunganwa Himbara, reacting to a Rwandan security minister dismissed over an accountability matter to gage how far apart the Ugandan regime is to good governance and accountability. He thinks Rwanda is like Uganda where Bahima are never held to account for whatever failures in office, and whereby Senile Museveni inflicts selective punishment on none-Bahima leaders.

In Uganda, it is actually wise to run cabinet meetings in Runyankore language since all cabinet members are Bahimas and Banyankores coming from the same region west; this sends a very important message to those anti-Rwanda mouthpieces and self-proclaimed critics that Ugandan situation will never be equated to Rwanda’s. Appointments in Rwanda are done on merit regardless of tribe, region etc as has been the case in Museveni’s regime where top government position, high Government institutions, leading companies in the private sector are led by Museveni’s family, relatives and tribemates.

David Himbara’s sponsor, Museveni, turned Uganda in a family property. Through the terrorist movement Rwanda National Congress (RNC), he had hoped to do the same in Rwanda. It is only in Uganda where you will find a First Lady doubling as a Member of Parliament then as Cabinet Minister. Museveni will have you believe that his bedmate is the most qualified person to hold the position of Education Minister and that their “First Son” is the best soldier ever thus making him a general. There is simply no way that Museveni’s mouthpiece will grasp the concept of accountability. How would he hold accountable his dearest wife or his only son Gen. Muhoozi, or brother heir to the Bahima dynasty?

It is not just Museveni’s wife and son at helm of power in Uganda. The Country’s minister of foreign affairs’ daughter happens to be married to the General “First Son”, the minister of security is the cousin of the First Lady; basically, the Ugandan cabinet is a gathering of family and friends. Museveni’s brother, also a General, Caleb Akandwanaho aka Salim Saleh runs a sovereign fund as punishment for his world renowned mismanagement and corruption.

The brother, Salim Saleh, occupied several key positions and always left a trailer-blaze of scandals. When Saleh was the Army commander, he bought helicopters that could not fly, when he was Minister of Microfinance, he robbed Ugandans in broad daylight. In the Bahima republic, Saleh has nothing to worry about since his brother; the Rwandan born Museveni is the president.

Furthermore, Salim Saleh is not just one case; the father-in-law of the “General First Son” is another amongst thousands. Sam Kuteesa, Minister of Foreign Affairs and father-in-law to Museveni’s only son was the subject of international news in numerous corruption scandals. Museveni’s right hand man Kuteesa featured prominently in the Panama Papers offshore banking scandal, Kuteesa and Museveni’s names reappeared in a corruption case in New York. One Patrick Ho was convicted by a court in Manhattan for bribing Museveni and Sam Kuteesa with $500,000 for shoddy dealings. Since then Museveni promised to hold Kuteesa accountable but he never did. To date, Kuteesa is still serving as minister and has nothing to worry about just because he is related to Bahima.

The painful history of Rwanda led some Rwandan to be born outside their home country. That pain led them to unite and liberate Rwanda from divisionism and genocide ideology. Himbara’s talk of “Ugandan” Rwandans is pure divisionism better placed in the Ugandan regime that sponsors him. In Rwanda, Rwandans are all treated equal regardless of where they were born. His toxic segregation inspiration from the father of the current Ugandan nepotistic state is globally unacceptable.

Competence, good governance, transparency and accountability are foreign words to Museveni, his directed attacks on accountable leadership like Rwanda’s, illustrates how foreign these concepts are to him. In the Ugandan led Bahima dynasty, dismissing a minister for an accountability issue is simply scandalous. Predictably, Senile Museveni’s trolls, mouthpieces and propagandists will go in overdrive on such matters only understood by the knowledgeable.

Rwanda’s $1m contribution to the African Union COVID-19 Response Fund ruffles feathers in Kampala

Rwanda’s contribution to the Africa COVID-19 Response Fund has startled senile Museveni and his cronies out of their post supplementary budget awards hangover.

Museveni’s bankrolled trolls funded through his Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), including Spyreports and UCC’s Obed Katureebe, alias Robert Fati Gakwerere, and the dull-witted Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi could barely wait for the day to break for them to spin Rwanda’s contribution, and portray the Panafrican gesture of solidarity as a ‘wasteful venture.’

But unlike Uganda, Rwanda is famed for ingenuity in management of her available resources. It is Rwanda’s conviction that one doesnt have to be stinking rich to offer a helping hand. When calamity strikes, Rwanda and indeed African culture calls for solidarity to mitigate the suffering. However, it is clear that greed has blinded Ugandan leaders to the extent that they don’t want to give and at the same time they are not happy when others do.

Just because Rwanda does not conduct its affairs with showy funfares does not mean nothing is happening on the ground. The difference between Rwanda and Uganda is humility. While Senile Museveni’s Uganda chooses pandemonium in quest of dispensing their affairs, Rwanda is famous for taking a clinical approach, which has invariably borne impressive results in all spheres.

While the eyes of Senile Museveni and his trolls are literally jumping out of their sockets and salivating at the one million USD that Rwanda donated to the Africa COVID-19 Response Fund, like hyenas, greedy Ugandan leaders are helping themselves on the COVID-19 fund.

During his 11th TV address, Museveni talked of interest in a regional approach in the fight against COVID-19, and yet, his dimwitted trolls have the audacity to question Rwanda’s contribution for the same cause. How does Museveni expect the approach to work? This exposes the senile regime ruler‘s hypocrisy.

Not even a Court injunction could deter Ugandan members of Parliament from stealing 20 millions each, giving as their defense that everyone else was also stealing, referring to Museveni’s cunning award to himself of even more millions from the supplementary budget.

There are quite a lot matters of importance to Uganda which is worth reporting, for instance Obed Katurebe, Bob Atwiine of Spyreports and CommandPost should question Senile Museveni’s issuing of 10bn to his Members of Parliament hurriedly even before the court ruling.

Giving and sharing the little you have with those in need and contributing for a good cause are key values in Rwanda’s rich and vast culture. It is considered taboo in Rwandan culture for one to have a meal when the neigjbour sleeps on an empty stomach. It is not the first time that Rwanda has contributed from her little resources, as a gesture of solidarity with humanity at times of distress.

The contribution to the AU therefore should not have come as a surprise to anyone because it is not the first time, and neither will it be the last.

Instead of stealing resources that should be used to save the continent from this invisible enemy threatening to annihilate the global population, Senile Museveni and his cronies should behave for once and be seen to care about their people and Africans at large.

CMI attack dog Obed Katureebe rubbed salt in Museveni’s wounds by reminding him of his UPDF humiliating defeats in Kisangani

Obed Katurebe also known by his pseudonym Robert Patrick Fati (RPF) Gakwerere on Facebook embarrassed himself in yet another fictitious diversion that the war between Rwanda Defence Force and Uganda People’s Defence Force in the Democratic Republic of Congo codenamed Kisanga 1,2&3 was caused by ‘Bar Brawl between Gen James and Col Sula Semakula. This actually turned him and his paymaster into laughing stock to those who know what Senile Museveni’s army went through in the DR Congo jungles.

What Uganda regime’s trolls like Katureebe will not tell is how Uganda undermined Rwanda thought and what turned out to be a ‘David versus Goliath encounter’ would be that of a parent disciplining a child who is not expected to retaliate.

The Kisangani 1&2 was ignited by UPDF’s attempt to chase RDF from it had captured. The history has it all how Uganda wanted to balkanize the liberated region and installs a Congolese rebel leader. In so doing Uganda started misbehaving to an extent of staging an ambush on their own military vehicle near RDF’s deployment. This was the cause of the first battle.

The first fight that was around Bangoka Airport lasted for a day whilst the second one which extended to Soteski (Wamba dia Wamba’s Headquarters) went on for three days; all the fighting were provoked by UPDF as opposed to Katureebe’s ‘Bar Brawl’ joke. He should have asked how Col Sulah Semakula was suspended, placed under house arrest after self-inflicted UPDF’s humiliating losses to RDF.

In all battles, RDF had conquered UPDF, for example; RDF captured UPDF commanding officers and senior officers captured including the Late Col Nobel Mayombo then Deputy CMI, with Brig Gen Kahinda Otafire and Major Lauben Ikondere who were heading the UPDF mission in the DR Congo together with over 346 PoWs and weaponry. Katureebe should ask Kahinda Otafire what happened rather than inventing lies and hurting his paymaster.

The battles made headlines in both local and international media following Rwanda’s decision to pardon senile Museveni’s senior commanders and other captives of the wars; they were fed, treated and repatriated back home peacefully. “Rwandans you are good people. You defeated us, fed us, and took our soldiers to Kigali. If we had defeated you we would have stripped you naked, paraded you in the middle of Kisangani and called CNN” said Gen Kazini on CNN and BBC televisions.

Subsequent to the second battle, Uganda and Rwanda agreed work together but Uganda’s mission to fight RDF was still undone. The UPDF planned to encircle Rwanda’s detaches and deployment by bringing heavy artillery and armor to surround the RDF as they secretly planned for revenge; little did they know that this was going to result into worst humiliating defeat in UPDF history.

The third battle erupted when UPDF continued bickering, troop buildup with intention to revenge for the previous two defeats. Despite their reinforcements to nearly a division size supported by one artillery regiment and a mechanized battalion, the UPDF suffered a crashing defeat where nearly all seven battalions (7xBns) were annihilated and 147 POWs captured by the RDF and repatriated to Uganda through Kigali International airport to Entebbe will only live to recount what happened.

The major reason of why Uganda keeps bringing up this Kisangani wars year in year out is the three times heavy, self-inflicted, both personnel and material losses they suffered during the battles for Kisangani. This haunts and will haunt Museveni till last breath.

If Katureebe continues hurting his boss by writing about these wars, I promise to name seven of the UPDF battalions that were annihilated.

Short of ideas to smear Rwanda, David Murunganwa Himbara, Senile Museveni’s mouthpiece, uses Uganda’s opposition age and term limit plight.

Hiring drug addict has its risks, senile Museveni is bound to regret ever hiring a unstable w**d smoker like David Murunganwa Himbara. Himbara, paid by the Ugandan regime to write anti-Rwanda propaganda, in his demented mind, Himbara can’t realize that his writings hurt more his sponsor than his intended target. Nutty Himbara, in an attempt to amuse senile Museveni, decided to count how many USA Presidents has ruled and retired during President Kagame’s tenure.

Senile Museveni will not be amused by the comparison with USA Presidents. The Ugandan ruler might be senile but it will remind him that he has been in power since Ronald Reagan was the American President. The absurdity of his 35 years long rule is a very sensitive subject for the 75 years old Senile despot who is so embarrassed about his age that he simply changed it.

Museveni has had to remove term limits and age limits to stay in power. During the age limit removal process, an interesting article was published by Yinka Adegoke, Africa Editor at Quartz Africa. In 2017, Adegoke wrote, “The world’s youngest continent will keep being run by its oldest leaders” and extensively covered Senile Museveni’s abnormal stay in power. Museveni was the third longest ruler in terms of consecutive years in Africa and the second oldest ruler in terms of age gap to the median age of his population. According to the study in 2017, Uganda’s median age is 15.5 making Museveni 57.5 years older than those he ruled.

For more than three decades, the world has constantly been amused at the trickery utilized by Senile Museveni to stay in power. One trick is particularly ridiculous, when he tuned 70, he orchestrated an attempt to reduce his age by three years in order to circumvent the constitutional 75 years age limit. As a gift to himself, he doctored a baptism card and pretended to be surprised by the discovery that he was 3 years younger. The stunt backfired, degenerating 3 years proved too hard as his autobiography contradicted him, his age-mates and a litany of evidence emerged that he was indeed 70. Senile Museveni moved from changing his age to brutally changing the constitution.

When he wakes up, he will discover that Murunganwa Himbara, his sponsored w**d smoking mouthpiece, has reignited the term and age limit debate.

The Rwandan National Congress terrorist propagandist, blinded by his hate for Rwanda, will certainly be told by the Ugandan regime that he touched a sensitive issue that hurts Senile Museveni. Hiring a drug means that he will write anything to finance his drug addiction. The down side is that a drug addict like Himbara, in writing anything that passes through his minds, eventually writes harmful stories against the hand that feeds him.

W**d Smoking Himbara Running Senile Museveni’s An Anti-IMF Campaign To Cover his High Level Corrupt

Through his paid mouthpiece, Senile Museveni is trying to cover a open secret in the financial world. Senile Museveni and w**d smoking Himbara are hiding that Uganda cannot access crucial funds due to their corruption record, and specifically, due to the money printing scandal.

His w**d addict academic fraud, David Murunganwa aka Himbara, has relentlessly attacked the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) rapid credit facility by claiming that it is for countries poorer than Uganda. He has been disparaging Rwanda and 24 others nations who responsibly sought the Rapid Credit Facility to mitigate the impact of the global pandemic on their economies.

But out of ignorance, the self l-proclaimed professor of international development didn’t verify that basically there are four countries namely São Tomé, Tijikstan, Gambia and Nepal who economically perform better than Uganda but still were granted the IMF emergency credit service relief. This actually confirms that Uganda missed out on the opportunity because of her corruption and funds embezzlement record.

Per capita, Rwanda and at least 4 other countries seeking IMF’s assistance are all richer than Uganda. It is a fact, Uganda needs help and is actually sourcing help elsewhere (For example European Union), but avoids IMF like a plague. Senile Museveni goes further by unleashing his favorite online mouthpiece to belittle those who do seek IMF’s assistance. In reality, it is IMF’s nature and function that Museveni wants to avoid.

Create after the second world war, the International Monetary Fund was tasked to safe guard global monetary and financial stability. It replaced the international gold standards for interstate trade and currency valuation with a new instrument SDR (Special Drawing Rights). IMF lends in SDRs and is paid back in the same meaning an exchange rate has to be established with individual nations. Senile Museveni’s issues is that for IMF to lend him money, he has to submit his Ugandan Shilling to an audit.

As a ritual, every time Uganda approaches elections, Senile Museveni orders his central bank to print money. He does so knowing that it is against national and international financial laws for political gains. Last year, June 2019, reports of yet another currency scandal was widely reported in the Ugandan media. Bank Of Uganda (BOU) faced a money printing scandal where they printed more money than they declared, the worst possible financial crime in IMF’s eyes. Senile Museveni cannot approach them so soon after he was caught red-handed in a printing money scandal.

Faced with pressure, his response is to start a ridiculous campaign to mock those who have the required transparency to seek the assistance from IMF, the institution created for global financial stability. His w**d smoking mouthpiece useless attacks on Rwanda are diversions to how his corrupt regime is now denying Uganda crucial help during in such a world crisis.

To access IMF funds, BOU would have to be audited and monitored, Senial Museveni would lose his money printing tool to bribe his stay in power.

Dwarf Titus Seruga, CMI Sponsored Facebook Troll, Relays PARMEHUTU ideologue Philemon Mateke’s Smear.

The Uganda’s Chieftaincy for Military Intelligence (CMI) dwarf Titus Seruga aka Serubwa is clapping for smears unleashed on Twitter by the PARMEHUTU maniac serving as Ugandan Minister of State for Regional Affaires. The Minister of State, Philemon Mateke, renowned for his PARMEHUTU ideology, tweeted a fallacy about Rwanda’s food distribution as a diversion of what Senile Museveni’s regime was doing in Uganda. In Uganda, the corrupt regime is mixing stones with beans and posho to hoodwink Ugandans that they are being taken care off during a month long lockdown.

Dwarf Serubwa is paid by CMI to run anti-Rwandan propaganda to create diversions from the nepotistic kleptocracy run by senile Museveni. For the past 35 years, Uganda is riddled with corruption and mismanagement scandals. Sadly, even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Museveni’s cronies only focus was how to swindle money on the back of suffering Ugandans. They orchestrated a scam in food distribution, adding stones and other impurities to increase the weight of distributed food.

The food distribution scandal led to arrest in the Ugandan Prime Minister’s office but fell short of touching the real culprits of the scheme. Powerful cronies like Museveni’s own brother, Gen Salim Saleh, were involved. The proof is that, astonishingly, government claims they are unable to cancel the tender award to the supplier of food mixed with stones.

Dwarf Serubwa, unable to defend his corrupt regime, falls back to fallacies written by their PARMEHUTU diehard Mateke. He seeks for a scapegoat pressed by CMI to defend a defunct regime. Inadvertently, he also accidentally validates that Philemon Mateke is active in the Ugandan sponsored anti-Rwanda propaganda.

The incoherence of the Ugandan regime denials that Mateke is active on Twitter while their trolls cite him is an indication of how chaotic and disorganized Senile Museveni’s regime has become.

Senile Museveni’s loudmouth Obed Katureebe should advocate for Gen Sejusa, Tumukunde and Gwanga

Regularly, Obed Katureebe (using his pseudo Robert Fati Patrick Gakwerere) attempts to squeeze one last drop of those who fell to his senile Museveni sponsor sweet words. He does so with his pr******te loving uncle Patrick Karegeya who foolishly thought his Rwandan National Congress terror group would make him powerful and did the same with Kizito Mihigo who committed su***de. Katureebe’s cynical exploitation continued today as he turned his attention to Tom Byabagamba and Frank Rusagara.

Both Byabagamba and Rusagara, were trialed and convicted for instilling insurrection amongst other serious crimes. When news broke that they were going to face additional charges for trying to escape prison, Katureebe immediately began his usual exploitation to smear Rwanda.

As he writes fiction, he forgets that unlike Gen Tumukunde and Gwanga, Byabagamba and Rusagara had their day in court. They lost, appealed and lost again, ignoring that their sentence was even reduced. Crucially, the new charges brought against them are new crimes committed while in custody. Convicted criminals have no immunity, they are still accountable for their acts and attempting to bribe their way out of prison is another crime.

Gen Tumukunde and Gwanga were not so lucky. Tumukunde found himself in jail for daring to announce his interest in running for the presidency in Uganda while Gen Gwanga was abducted to a CMI “safehouse” in Mbuya for refusing escorts. Senile Museveni and his Katureebe troll should worry about justice system in Uganda and how they turned their judiciary into a farce.

With thousands held without trial in Uganda including hundreds of innocents Rwandans, the Ugandan regime should not be committing about judicial matters. They should seat back and take notes on how justice is carried out in normal and functional states.

In other countries, suspects are lawfully arrested, allowed legal representation during trial, and if convicted they serve known sentences. There are thousands of cases pending in Ugandan courts where lawyers seek habeas corpus orders trying to determine where their clients are held to no avail. In Uganda, courts can release you just as a car awaits outside to abduct you again. Equally, court in Uganda can issue arrest warrants like in Gen Kyaligonza’s case just to be publicly ignored.

Senile Museveni has developed amnesia over the years, with Katureebe’s post; it is clear that his trolls too have the same mental affliction.

A result-oriented government will remain foreign to Uganda regime and its sponsored gullible mouthpieces

The anti-Rwanda misinformation campaign is in full swing following the removal of the Rwandan Minister of State for EAC affaires. Olivier Nduhungirehe was removed for consistently acting based on his personal opinion over government policies but troll will have you believe otherwise. Acting on one’s personal opinion is different from having a different opinion. For holders of public office, acting on personal opinion is a serious breach, a mistake that leads to insubordination hence resignation.

Hostile trolls grouped in or**es of Genocidaires and terrorists militias sponsored by senile Museveni are up in arms fermenting a parallel universe. Led by senile Museveni’s paid mouthpiece, David Murunganwa aka Himbara, the sex-for-grade Professor Charles Kambanda and the octogenarian PARMEHUTU ideologue Ugandan State Minister Philemon Mateke, the dull-witted Sulah Nuwamanya Wakabiligi among otehrs; they claim that Nduhungirehe was fired for having a different opinion.

They deliberately omit the keywords “consistently” and “acting” in the statement that announced Nduhungirehe’s removal from office. They also overlook the former minister’s reaction to his removal from office. He tweeted:

– “I am grateful to H.E for the trust bestowed in me for the past two years an half, when I was privileged to serve as Minister of State in in charge of the East African Community. I am committed to continue serving my country & in another capacity.”

For the rest of the world, shielded from senile Museveni’s oligarchy mindset, Ministers and public officials come and go. One cannot expect those who find it normal that a First Lady acts as a Minister while the President’s son is a General and Senior Advisor to understand the distinction between personal and public office. The Ugandan regime sponsored online anti-Rwanda campaigners cannot see how ridiculous their jubilations are as they find it normal for individuals to supersede institutions.

They have been indoctrinated by a 35 years long regime of nepotism governed by “historicals” —a term that defines who is who in Uganda— that rule the country like a personal property. While personal opinion is protected in Rwanda, personal opinion does not determine public policy. In Rwanda, and in normal functioning states, public officials cannot get away with “consistently acting” based on their personal opinion to the detriment of public policy.

Center doesn’t hold in Museveni’s backyard with rampant COVID-19 cases

Museveni is notorious as a man who practices double standards, treachery and dishonesty in his dealings. While he asks his CMI hired propaganda attack dogs to mudsling Rwanda’s leadership, the centre has literally failed to hold in his own backyard.

Museveni accords CMI troll Obed Katureebe the audacity to accuse the Rwanda leadership of ‘releasing wrong data’ on COVID-19, as a clear diversion from the fact that due to systemic negligence, incompetence the population of Uganda is at risk of being wiped out by the Coronavirus pandemic.

Until today, the only indication that the government of Uganda was responding, or even slightly aware of the spread of Coronavirus, was Museveni’s TV shows that have been received with resentment, forcing him to cancel his last show that was to take place today.

Anti-government sentiment is at its highest and widespread at the moment owing to the defficiency of leadership in Museveni’s government at a time the population needed it most.

Instead of receiving a message of comfort and assurance, Ugandans were instead served with the brutal force of the UPDF, Police and their LDU side-kicks, leaving hundreds heavily injured, disabled and some even died, in the name of ‘enforcing Museveni’s Coronavirus control directives.’

Talking about releasing the wrong Coronavirus data, Ugandan authorities dont even know the real number of Coronavirus cases. This is because when It all started, Ugandan leaders were caught napping, and so many returnees from high risk countries managed to sneak into the country and mix with the rest of the population.

The mentally incompetent Katureebe will never talk about 6,000 Ugandans who disappeared in the general public after having contacted COVID-19 positive people.

During Museveni’s last TV show, the Minister of health stated that they were still looking for those who got into contact with the cases that have been discovered. Its all guesswork, and the taskforce is lying to their senile President.

Ugandans are dropping with the virus like dry leaves, but Museveni must save face, to safeguard his overated reputation as an effective fighter of epidemics.

All indications are that Museveni is not surviving this one, as he is bound to be exposed for the phony warrior that he is.

PICTORIAL: UPF, UPDF’s “few individuals” half-hearted apologies won’t heal injuries they inflicted on innocent Ugandans

statement released by the Uganda Police Force, signed by Fred Enanga on behalf of the joint security taskforce spokespersons states that the leadership of both the UPDF and UPF strongly condemns gross acts of misconduct by their officers who, instead of protecting the constitutional and civil rights of citizens, violated them with the excessive use of force.

It is apparent that the statement is a solicited effort aimed at sanitising forces whose gross misconduct during the implementation of the Presidential directive removed any benefit of doubt over their already shaky integrity.

Sadly, the police and UPDF joint statement cherry picks the incident of Elegu town in Amuru District on April 2, to make it look like an isolated case of misconduct by the Uganda Police, UPDF and LDUs personnel.

The statement is an insult to the many Ugandans all over Uganda, especially in Kampala who have borne the brunt of high handed and indiscipline security forces that beat, kicked and even shot Ugandans with impunity, leaving many nursing high degree injuries to which some even succumbed.

The violence meted out on Ugandans all over the country and yet the statement only chooses to mention the 38 victims of the Elegu incident, which was only the tip of the iceberg.

Clearly, The UPDF and Uganda Police only choose which cases to investigate and which ones to ignore, depending on whether the incident has been exposed by media or not. In the same dishonest spirit, the UPDF CDS Gen David Muhoozi a week ago ordered his soldiers to round up women who had been battered on different TV cameras, who were delivered to him ‘to apologise.’

However, gross incidents of violence affected a large spectrum of Ugandans, including downtown vendors, journalists and many others who were caught in a frenzied, ill coordinated military, police and LDU operation, ostensibly aimed at enforcing the President’s directives on the control of Coronavirus Pandemic.

The UPDF and Police forces should know that half-hearted apologies and dishonest statement will not heal the injuries they inflict on Ugandans. Neither will the poor PR stunts cleanse the forces of their inherent inclination towards violence against unarmed Ugandans as the automatic instinct. The remedy lies in the total overhaul of the UPDF, Police and their side-kicks, the LDUs. Failure to do this urgently, there is nothing that can save the security forces from their plummeting reputation.
