Dear Bayelsans,

My good people of Bayelsa State, I feel happy and great to inform you that construction of many of our developmental projects are well on course.

On Friday and Saturday, I took time out with some top government functionaries to move round project sites and behold, what I saw gave me joy that we are"progressing and steadily" so, indeed.

At the site of the road linking several communities in Southern Ijaw from Yenagoa, we have taken the road from Ayama end through Aguobiri and now the contractor has covered a number of kilometres approaching Angiama. This is interesting.

The Glory Drive and Igbogene-AIT Outer Ring Road, the 2 roads expected to further open up Yenagoa are going very well too.

Then, at Igbedi road, I was convinced the contractor is doing a great job. The work is moving fast too.

I was also at the road linking Onopa to the new GRA, we are happy the contractor is on site working.

It was on Saturday that we visited the site of ongoing construction of the new media complex within the premises of Radio Bayelsa in Ekeki. That is massive and already going to the 3rd floor.

I feel very excited and happy that we will be providing a conducive environment to our state/owned media organisations, Radio Bayelsa, NDTV and New Waves. Yes, we care.

Let me assure our people that I am the chief supervisor to all the projects and shall from time to time visit the various sites.

Thanking you all for your continued support and understanding, your government of prosperity is committed to the completion of all the ongoing projects.

The Leader of SDD Faithful Ogbia ward 13 Hon. Chief Olerua John Salvation has called on the good people of Ogbia ward 13 to come out in their numbers and participate in the forthcoming voters registration exercise schedule to hold on Monday 28th June 2021.

Chief Olerua the incoming Senator Bayelsa East Senatorial Districts 2023, who made this call during SDD faithful Stakeholders meeting at Ewoi Community, Hon. Olerua said, the importance of participating in the voters registration exercise by the good people of Ogbia ward 13 cannot be overemphasized as it will armed them with the power to vote and to be voted for in subsequent elections.
