We’ve decided to take the Christmas holiday off to be with our families and focus on Christmas, so no episode today.

It’s finally here! Sorry for the late upload.
Welcome to another Christmas episode!
In this episode, we talk about fake-sick kids, physical media vs streaming, and how terrible, awful, and no-good the San Antonio Spurs are. We mistakenly think they're only 3 and 16. Justin corrects them and says it's actually 3 and 17. But then we find out we were wrong. So wrong. The Spurs are actually 3-18. We cry for a little and then move on.

I’ve tried to upload this episode three times. I’m now re-rendering the Premiere file in hopes that it’ll work this time. Consequently, it’ll be awhile before it’s up. But like my old Uncle Mordecai said, “You can’t squeeze too many lemons before they trespass you from the Aldi.”

In a spooky solo episode, Justin rambles (I know, you're surprised) on and gives out some of his takes on all sorts of things. Nearly not having a place to celebrate his 10th anniversary, work/life balance, the Halloween movie franchise, and more.
Yes, most of us have to work and should work. But that shouldn't consume our lives and become who we are. We need to learn to walk away from work and be with our families when the workday is done. We already spend so much of our precious time away from our loved ones. I know that for some people work and school is an escape from an undesired home life, but for the rest of us it does rob us. Those of us with kids already miss so much of their lives because of work and school. It's very important that we maintain that balance and make sure our priorities are in the right places.

As you know, John and Laura have been expecting their little boy to arrive and he has arrived!
Because of this, John will be unable to record for a few episodes. This doesn’t mean the show has stopped though, so please calm down. I know we’re your favorite show ever and you sometimes neglect your own families to listen to our opinions on Batman and why our form of parenting is best.
So I (Justin) will carry on doing some solos and having guests on. If you would like to be one of those guests, please let me know. We can talk about whatever, whoever, wherever, whyever, and however you want. Send us a DM or comment on this post.
