Why I Took A Break From Acting OMOTOLA JALADE

Renowned Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has revealed the reasons behind her extended break from the film industry.

The actress articulated that she required a period of rest to rejuvenate, contemplate, and restore her physical well-being.

She shared this insight on her Instagram account on Friday.

Having embarked on her acting journey at the age of 15, she noted that years of continuous work prompted her to seek a break for relaxation and renewal.

She underscored the importance of taking time away to sustain her creative vitality and enthusiasm for her profession.

She wrote, "I know many never understand why I take time off movies for a few years, then come back and do it again! Lol...

"I see fans asking when I'll be back on screens, but when you've been working since you were 15, like I have...

"You'll do good to Relax, Relive, Relearn and Recharge. Who understands & who's following."

Popular Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson Okojie has addressed her main rival, Angela Okorie, who has been publicly criticizing her.
Angela reignited her attacks after Mercy celebrated her 40th birthday, and Regina Daniels shared a heartfelt message for her. Despite being on good terms with Regina Daniels, Angela criticized her for marrying an older man.

Angela Okorie also highlighted a comment from a netizen who pointed out that Mercy Johnson’s birthday didn’t receive much attention, despite her reputation as one of Nigeria’s best actresses. Angela mocked Mercy, claiming that the attention she received was fake and that no one genuinely loves her.

Ghana singer Shatta wale who is known as the best dancehall artist in Africa reveal Beyoncé gave him over a million dollar to feature her on their song “ALREADY” which became a global hit single.
