It really doesn't take long, we keep some little bin bags in the car and usually have a spruce up of the car parks which we use.⁠

Bella loves a good walk in the woods!

This time we went to a local community woodland in Maryculter, Aberdeen.
In fact the bridge that Bella is on here, was made by the amazing community which looks after this woodland. Massive SHOUTOUT to those who are maintaining these beautiful locations across the country! 👏

Sooo much fun, that she wouldn't stay still for a photo!

But the ones which were in focus are some of our favourite pictures of her EVER! The colour of her eyes and the orange foliage was perfect 🍁🧡

We felt completely inspired by one of our favourite insta accounts NoseForAdventure.

A few weeks back they had some lovely photos of their cocker spaniel Archie framed beautifully in amongst the autumn foliage.

So we went out and had a little autumnal photo shoot with Bella!!! It was not easy!!!
We admire what Mia at noseforadventure are able to create, and also how well behaved Archie must be, because Bella did not stay still one bit!
It looked like a crime scene after we had been there, the poor ferns were all trampled!

But we absolutely love the few photos that were in focus 🤣

The richness in the colours and variations of the trees in Scotland are too beautiful not to photograph!!!

We found ourselves taking our camera on all of our dog walks! The walks are taking twice as long as we keep stopping for photos 😂

Walking through a Scottish woodland in the Autumn really is a treat for the eyes 🍂

Even when you spend most of the time looking down, because you are concentrating on the terrain, it is stunning!

This little tree tunnel is on a local walk through the Maryculter Woodlands, Aberdeenshire which follows the Crynoch Burn.

The colours of the trees are blowing us away, the sunlight is lovely, low and golden.

Also Christmas is quickly approaching, we are craving cinnamon and fireplaces!!

Bella is one wet, muddy but HAPPY DOGGO in the Autumn!

Good thing we have an easy dog washing system in the back of the car - we are currently editing a video all about it, hopefully it will be out soon.

Bella really isn't a pretty pampered pooch! She is a downright mucky doggo!

Has anyone else been fighting a losing battle with dirt in the car and house the last few months?

We would deffo hire a campervan again!

But we weren't convinced enough to buy one 💁🏻‍♂️

Pros:
- Sheltered from the elements.
- Easy to cook in as there is a fully setup kitchen.
- Set up is soooo quick!

Cons:
- Expensive to buy outright.
- Little bit claustrophobic.
- Its tricky to go on day trips without a vehicle once your setup.

Obviously those were just our own opinions, and only 3 of each... we could probably spend a good few hours discussing this topic 🤪

Crovie Village Viewpoint!

A lovely place to stop for lunch or a brew whilst you are exploring the NE250.

There are picnic benches and rubbish bins, parking is free but there are no other facilites.

One of the best moments from our NE250 trip!

Finding a beautiful spot to park for the night (using park4night) then being able to wake up and have a cup of tea whilst enjoying this beautiful view.

Our little Bella was so well behaved during our 3day campervan hire 🐶🐶🐶

We shouldn't have bothered bringing a dog bed for her though, as she curled up with us every night.

She even got in our sleeping bags on the last night...it was particularly cold...mainly because we slept at 2000ft. (If you've seen our vlogs you'll know why, if you haven't here is a link https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLeve1H3xPg1kjaioCvgo9ZhZzob41tVmk )

BULLERS O' BUCHAN

So apparently I kept saying this wrong in our videos ( which isn't surprising by now )

Its pronounced BUCK - ANN ... not booo-can as I was saying it!

Either way, it was a very pretty little stop on the NE250 which we "kinda" completed recently! All the videos from this trip are live on YouTube now and linked below :)

It is a collapsed sea cave which has left a very cool rock formation, which is nicknames "The Pot".

We are sooo glad that we hired a campervan and explored the North East 250!

It really is a lovely tourist route with some beautiful locations to stop and admire!

It was lovely that we could take little Bella with us as well, because Explore Scotland Campervans are dog friendly 🐶
