Did you know clutter can affect your health?!
Here are 4 ways clutter affects us whether we know it or not:
1. Can't sleep? Insomnia has been found to be directly connected to the tidiness of one's home. 😴
2. Lack of concentration. It's hard to focus when so many things (especially things in your home) are grabbing for your attention. 🔍
3. Memory Issues. Your brain is only able to keep track of so many details at once. When our homes are cluttered, our brains can get overloaded and neglect to remember certain things. 🧠
4. Mess equals stress. Studies have shown people with cluttered homes produce higher levels of the stress hormone, cortisol. 💭
