It is only in Suguta that you find County Administrators coming to a meeting without writing materials and expect reports from other people.

There is a very big gap between Chiefs and Admins. Being an admin in Suguta is being pathetic and useless, may this idiots be changes ASAP.

Suguta deserves better. It is not the problem to make noise, it's a problem to make noise so as someone remain relevant.

The fact remains SCA Suguta must be responsible for Initiative for Suguta Valley Development burnt jeysey by his psycho son.
