What happens after a massive star blows its top? ⭐

The supergiant star Betelgeuse experienced a huge mass ejection of its visible surface back in 2019 – something never before seen in a normal star’s behavior.

As a result, it decreased in brightness because the escaped material cooled to form a cloud of dust that temporarily made the star look dimmer, as seen from Earth.

Hubble can observe this phenomenon directly and even resolve surface details. Its observations are helping piece together the clues in this stellar mystery.

Betelgeuse is one of the brightest stars in our sky, and can be found in the right “shoulder” of the constellation Orion. It’s such a big star that, if it took the place of our Sun in the center of our solar system, it would extend past the orbit of Jupiter!

গুগল একাউনটে জীবনের বিভিন্ন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য সেভ করা থাকে। হঠাৎ যদি কোনও কারণে আপনি মারা যান, তাহলে কী হবে সেই অ্যাকাউন্টের?

আপনার গোপনীয় তথ্য, ছবি, ইমেল ছাড়াও গুগোল অ্যাকাউন্টে এমন অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য সেভ করা থাকে, যেগুলো একান্তই ব্যক্তিগত। কিন্তু মৃত্যুর পর সেগুলির কী হবে? অন্য কারও হাতে পৌঁছে যাবে? এমন কাণ্ড যাতে না ঘটে, তা নিশ্চিত করতে সম্প্রতি নতুন এক ফিচার নিয়ে হাজির হয়েছে গুগল। সেই ফিচারটির পোশাকি নাম Inactive Account Manager। নতুন এই ইনঅ্যাকটিভ অ্যাকাউন্ট ম্যানেজার ফিচারের সাহায্যে মৃত্যুর পর আপনার গুগোল অ্যাকাউন্টের কী হবে তা এখন থেকেই ঠিক করে রাখতে পারেন।

অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার বন্ধ করলে গুগলের সেভ থাকা তথ্যের কী হবে, তা-ও এখন থেকেই ঠিক করতে পারবেন আপনি। নির্দিষ্ট দিনের জন্য অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার না করলে, আপনি যে কোনও প্রিয়জনকে সেই বিষয়ে নোটিফাই করতে পারবেন। এছাড়াও আপনার সব তথ্য গুগলকে ডিলিট করে দেওয়ার অনুরোধও জানানো যাবে। এর ফলে নির্দিষ্ট সময় আপনি অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার না করলেও, আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সব ডেটা ডিলিট করে দেবে গুগোল। Inactive Account Manager কীভাবে সেটআপ করবেন?

আসুন জেনে নিই সে বিষয়ে:

🗣️ ব্রাউজার খুলুন এবং তারপরে https://myaccount.google.com/ -এ ক্লিক করুন।

🗣️ বাঁ দিকে Data & Personalization অপশনে ক্লিক করুন।

🗣️ স্ক্রল ডাউন করে 'Download, delete, or make a plan for your data' অপশনে ক্লিক করুন।

🗣️ এবার Make a plan for your account অপশনে ক্লিক করে Start বাটনে ট্যাপ করুন।

🗣️ এর পর কতদিন অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার না করলে তা ইনঅ্যাকটিভ হবে, সিলেক্ট করুন।

🗣️ তার জন্য পেনসিল আইকনে ক্লিক করে ৩ মাস থেকে শুরু করে ৬ মাস, ১২ মাস বা ১৮ মাস পর্যন্ত সময় সিলেক্ট করা যাবে।

🗣️ এবার একটি ফোন নম্বর অ্যাড করুন। অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্য ডিলিট করার আগে এই নম্বরে মেসেজ করে পাঠাবে গুগোল।

🗣️ ১০ জন মানুষকেও সিলেক্ট করতে পারবেন। এই মানুষদের আপনি নিজের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যর কিছু অংশ শেয়ার করতে পারবেন।

🗣️ তার জন্য আপনাকে Add Person সিলেক্ট করে তাদের ইমেল অ্যাড্রেস দিতে হবে। এছাড়াও আর কী কী তথ্য শেয়ার করতে চান তা-ও সিলেক্ট করুন।

🗣️ এবার তাদের ফোন নম্বর এন্টার করে সেভ করুন। এছাড়াও চাইলে আপনি ব্যক্তিগত মেসেজ যোগ করতে পারবেন। অ্যাকাউন্ট সেট আপের সময় কন্টাক্টের কাছে কোনও মেসেজ যাবে না।

🗣️ তার ঠিক পরেই সাবজেক্ট অ্যাড করে সেভ করুন।

🗣️ Next সিলেক্ট করে 'Yes, delete my inactive Google Account' টগল এনাবল্ করুন। এর পর নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট হয়ে যাবে।

🗣️ চাইলে আপনি অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট না করার সিদ্ধান্তও নিতে পারেন। সেক্ষেত্রে টগলটি ডিসেবল্ রাখতে হবে।

🗣️ এবার সব কাজ ঠিকঠাক করলে কী না, তা যাচাই করতে প্রথমে Review Plan-এ ক্লিক করুন। তার পরে সেভ করতে Confirm Plan-এ ক্লিক করুন।

🗣️ নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের পরে আপনি চাইলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সব তথ্য ডিলিট করে দেবে Google.

- শেয়ার করে সবাইকে জানার সুযোগ দিন।

Rocket Lab has successfully launched its 26th Electron mission, deploying 34 satellites and CubeSats to orbit from Launch Complex 1A on Mahia Peninsula, New Zealand. Rocket Lab has now deployed a total of 146 satellites to orbit with the Electron launch vehicle.

The company named the recent mission “There And Back Again,” which also saw Rocket Lab completing a mid-air capture of the Electron booster with a helicopter for the first time. After launching to space, Electron’s first stage returned to Earth under a parachute. At 6,400 ft, Rocket Lab’s Sikorsky S-92 helicopter rendezvoused with the returning stage and used a hook on a long line to capture the parachute line.
