Stop vilifying milk!
Here are some facts
1. 60-65% of people are lactose intolerant because :
- they belong to gene groups that their ancestors had a vegetarian dominant diet.
- they have a different Rh blood type from their mother.
- they get feed formula since birth but are not breastfeed .
- they drink pasteurized milk which is dead milk.
All that makes digestion difficult or impossible, since the gut microbial flora is not encouraged by the behaviors earlier in life or genetics.
2. Store milk is not a good quality milk :
- cows are being forced to produce more milk by being pumped hormonal cocktails.
-skimming milk or pasteurization kills good bacteria that helps the digestion of milk.
3. Most lactose intolerant people are intolerant to other foods as well which is is rather a general digestion problem which is most likely associated with a disease ex Diabetes that render the intolerance as it is a symptom/result not a cause.
Let me tell you grass fed cow whole raw milk doesn’t get you sick, neither do dairy products it’s your genes , your mother’s lack of judgment/education while you were an infant, you by being an irresponsible buyer by buying a poor representation of milk but not the real thing, you by not taking care of your health/ diet and ending up with such a poor digestion that you are not able to eat anything anymore.
Some of you say that milk caused you to have osteoporosis, cancer and other diseases but fail to understand that all that is due to the hormones injected in the cows and the so called processing of milk to make it « safe » that is is getting you sick.
The difference in between human and cow milk.
Milk is milk no matter from what mammal it comes from, the same enzymes in all of them to give you enough nutrients to energize you and feed you to survive.
If some people would have had a better relationship with milk they would have been smarter, B12 seems to lack in this ones.
