Words are like seeds, take care how you plant them.
I like this quote, has been hanging in a frame in my laundry for years. Words can be very powerful. Kind or cruel they can remain within the bodies memory and influence our thoughts, behaviour and self esteem. Be careful what you say to yourself...and others.

It is well known that our thoughts influence our emotions and attitudes. This is why positive affirmations can be so powerful. When we repeat positive statements about ourselves, we are effectively programming our brains to think in a more positive way. When we are feeling better about ourselves, we will consequently behave in a more positive way.
The power of affirmations lies in the fact that they can help to reprogram our subconscious mind, which is where our beliefs and attitudes are stored. Our subconscious mind is very powerful, and it can be very hard to change our beliefs and attitudes if they are negative. 💓

Could you live in a tree house?

A woman lives in a tree house to connect with nature, the flora and fauna. She finds it peaceful and calming to be high up in the branches, away from the hustle and bustle of the world below. It's a little paradise.

The woman has everything she needs in her tree house. She has a comfortable bed, a small kitchen to prepare healthy meals, and a little washroom.

I could certainly live in a tree house…but I’d need internet connection lol,!So I can watch favorite movies, YouTube and connect to you through these social media posts. I would shrivel if not surrounded by the beauty of nature.

If we want to be a powerful force in this world we need to be persistent. We can't just give up when things get tough.
We need to be willing to fight for what we believe in and for the people we love.
Here are some ways to be more persistent:
1. Set goals and stick to them.
2. Don't let anyone or anything stand in your way.
3. Be willing to sacrifice your time and energy.
4. Stay focused and don't give up.
5. Believe in yourself and your ability to make a difference.
6. Be prepared to face challenges and overcome obstacles.
7. Be determined to succeed no matter what.
8. Never give up on your dreams.

In order to be a Love Warrior, you have to be willing to stand up for yourself. This means being assertive, not aggressive and having your voice be heard.
It can be difficult to do this, especially if you're used to being a people pleaser. However, it's important to remember that you cannot pour from an empty cup my dear.
In order to be there for others, you need to take care of yourself first.
One way to practice assertiveness is to use "I" statements. For example, instead of saying, "You're making me angry," you would say, "I'm feeling angry right now." This keeps the focus on your own feelings and allows you to express them in a non-accusatory way. 🤩
