Social Isolation is thrilled to be back at the Magnetic Fields Festival with a second year of ambient and immersive experimental music featuring live sets by PhilterSoup, Sourya Sen, Farah Mulla, Noni-Mouse, Zequenx and Coma Conscience.
The showcase will take place on the first night of the festival the cabaret-style stage of The Peacock Club at 10 PM.
New exciting additions to 2023 include masked Melbourne-based outfit Glass Beams who will radiate their unique brand of serpentine psychedelia on the South Stage; the third edition of Fieldlines returns with one of India's most exciting producers _RHL collaborating with Indian classical musicians from across regions and instrumental backgrounds like Anuja Zokarkar, Nusrat Apoorv and Vinay Ramadasan, with percussionist Vaibhav Wavikar; other names added include Spanish party starter and producer GAZZI, while ambient, noise and leftfield label Social Isolation returns for another takeover of The Peacock Club. Other highlights include a more glamourous avatar of Dragalactiq for Paradise on Sunday, and Puqaar extends to include a wider range of folk music performances and art forms in line with our theme of preservation.
