This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for a portion of eastern Kentucky.
DAY ONE...This evening and tonight.

Thunderstorms are possible at times.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thunderstorms are also possible at times from Thursday into Friday
evening, as well as from Sunday night through Tuesday.

Some storms on Thursday could become strong to severe and produce
damaging winds, large hail, and possibly a brief tornado.

In addition to the storms, breezy south to southwest winds of 15 to
25 mph, with gusts of 25 to 35 mph are possible on Thursday. Locally
higher gusts of 40 to 50 mph will be possible for elevations above
2500 feet.
SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotters are encouraged to report any instances of hail or wind
damage on Thursday.

was located 7 miles northwest of Bee Lick, moving east at 35 mph.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of south central
Indiana and Central Kentucky.
DAY ONE...Tonight.

A round of strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible overnight.
Damaging winds and isolated large hail will be the main severe
weather threats. Heavy rainfall with the storms may result in
isolated flash flooding in spots.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Several waves of strong to severe storms are still possible on
Saturday and again on Sunday. Damaging winds and large hail are the
primary hazards with locally heavy rainfall causing flash flooding
concerns.
SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be required.

GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY:

Storms will move from the northwest to the southeast at 20 to 30 mph.

Indiana and Central Kentucky.

Scattered to numerous thunderstorms this afternoon and evening could
produce locally heavy downpours and cloud to ground lightning.
Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible, and could result in
localized flooding if heavy rain occurs in areas that already
received heavy rain on Monday.
