Let’s talk about the overthinking game we all play as business owners, shall we? 🤔 It’s like a rite of passage, isn’t it? If we didn’t overthink, it’d mean we didn’t care – and we definitely care!
Over the years, I’ve realized this overthinking thing doesn’t vanish, but it does become more manageable. So, what’s my secret? First, I ensure my message aligns with my brand voice. Then, I stick to my content pillars. If my message fits, it’s a winner! No more ‘should I post this?’ dilemmas.
Buuuut on the days when that tactic doesn’t work for me and my overthinking is at an all time high…
I walk away. Literally, put my phone down, and I just won’t post. I’ll come back to it when my mind is clear and ready.
