Australian Dingo Conservation - Colong Station Dingo Colony

We have decided not to continue with the conservation work that we have been a part of for almost 30 years the damage from the fires to our property and the damage to our house yard and all the dingo fences and yards caused by the RFS lighting fire around our house and dingo yards and then leaving has been so damaging we have been unable to replace and rebuild.
We would like to thank all our family and friends for their support and especially a big thanks to Ian Zamit a past neighbour for his generous support for the dingoes .

After the fires we were hit by a massive flood of the likes never seen before .
Causing massive amounts of damage to the property and dingo enclosures that will take years to replace fix and clean up dont know if I can do it again.

Has been a while since my last post . Unfortunately in November we had a lightning strike late in the afternoon starting a fire. We spent 2 months fighting the fire then it jumped the containment line and came straight at us destroying almost all the assets and property. The fire burnt through the house and dingo yards causing massive losses we were hit by fire for two more consecutive days and when the fire passed we becane traped for six weeks until the road was re opened.
