Monthly meeting with partner churches that have child education program. The meeting of partners help encourage our leaders and strengthen one another, especailly they have chance to share challenges and problems so that they can pray together in group. As result, churches continue doing God's work more effective, strong and active. We are so grateful for your wonderful services in reaching out to communities, especially children. God bless you!!

Monthly teacher meeting in Kampong Thom province! On behalf of IHOPE, we would like to profoundly say thank you all for your faithfulness in teaching children in communities. Without you, we wouldn't be able to reach out to these children, and especially Christ has been made known to these rural communities.

ក្រុមសន្សំនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ និងក្រុមជំនុំរបស់យើង គឺដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការជួយឲ្យក្រុមគ្រួសារក្រីក្រក្នុងសហគមន៍ ទទួលបានជីវភាពប្រសើរ។
The work of Savings was important to show the community the value of savings groups. We conducted a study with our church partners and the targeted community showed how important it is making impacts in nutrition, food security, and other areas.

We had a wonderful opportunity to visit children, their families and churches. we got to hear from children, families and church leaders the stories of how struggling they have been going through. Parents have left little children with old grandparents or relatives at home for jobs and earn for living. I would like to say thank you to Sally and Claire for your precious time going across Cambodia with us and for taking part of bringing hope and transformation to these children's lives.

កុមារគឺជាអ្នកស្នងដំណែង ពីយើងទាំងអស់គ្នា ដូច្នេះជារឿងសំខាន់ក្នុងការបង្រៀនពួកគេឱ្យក្លាយជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ តាមគំរូភាពរបស់ព្រះគ្រីស្ទ។
ប្រសិនបើអ្នកណាម្នាក់នៅរួមជាមួយព្រះ‌គ្រិស្ត អ្នកនោះបានកើតជាថ្មី អ្វីៗពីអតីតកាលបានកន្លងផុតទៅ ហើយអ្វីៗទាំងអស់បានប្រែមកជាថ្មីវិញ។ (២ កូរិនថូស 5:17 )
it’s important for us to be intentional in our discipleship to help our children learn how to walk with Christ in an immoral world.
When they became a follower of Christ, God’s Word says you were transformed into a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17).
One day all those children will become a leader in their community and stand before the throne of the God of the universe and give an account of their lives.

Saving groups in communities can play a better role on the pathway to improve livelihoods, such as helping fund of the purchase of basic tools or supplies for villagers to run their agribusiness and make rice fields.

Children Prayer Fellowship Event in Banteay Meanchey
142 children and their leaders from 29 churches across the entire province came and participated this wonderful event. They were praying for safe migration of their families, better education in communities, no drug and violence, and receiving good care from their guardians or families. They were so excited; it was not just meeting new friends, prayer and worship together, they also received souvenior gifts as school supplies to take home as well. We believe they will make the difference in communities and in their lives. God bless these children!

Chidlren Prayer Gathering Event (Kampong Thom) 15-June-2023
137 Children, teachers and their leaders from 09 different churches in Santuk District, Kampong Thom province participated this children prayer event. Prayer topic is, "Community Without All Kinds of Gamblings, Violences, Abuses and Exploitation, and Drug." They were so excited and happy wtih the fellowship with others, prayer and worship, performing activity song and games, especially praying together with other kids from outside churches.

There are 50 students (25 students in Banteay Meanchey and 25 in Kampong Thom province) who are taking part in weekly basic lifestyle skills and Bible study classes by our local church partners.

Our 10 savings groups (5 in Kampong Thom, and 5 in Banteay Meanchey province) started early this year, and are doing well. This savings group is to encourage the community people and children’s families to manage their money carefully and be able to put savings with the group to contribute to improving their lives.

Community basic healthcare training in Banteay Meanchey to 35 teachers who are from 27 different churches thefe. They will pass on these lessons to their children in classes and famies.

Training on "Saving Group" happening in Kampong Thom province with World Relief Cambodia, where we have leaders from 10 different churches (5 churches from Banteay Meanchey province). We learn on how to form saving group, how to facilitate the team, calculation of loan interest and how to record. This will give knowledge on financial management and saving that would bring forth the financial betterness for families in the future.
