Coronavirus vaccine and current world politics

The Daily Global Village Editorial
30 August, 2020
Professor (Dr.) Mahbub Hossain Mehedi

Because of the coronavirus, the economy is changing, politics is taking on new dimensions, history is being rewritten, many things in society are being restructured, many eternal principles are breaking down. All in all, the coronavirus has been able to bring about such a huge change in everything in such a short time that even when we think about it, the narrowness of the brain consumes us.

Vaccines need to be invented to get rid of this virus. Vaccines are the most effective way to prevent infectious diseases. But making it is not an easy task. If there is a viral disease on top of that, the work becomes very difficult. So far, Britain, China and the United States have been at the forefront of developing coronavirus vaccines. The three countries are in the third phase of the Tikai trial. Russia has hastily announced that it will start administering vaccines to humans in October.
Oxford in Britain has already invented the vaccine and applied it to the human body. The results are good. Will go into production soon. China is also claiming that it has made a lot of progress in vaccination. They are also coming to the market. However, the discovery of the coronavirus vaccine will be one of the most landmark events of this century. Which will stop the destruction of the coronavirus, save countless people from death. That is why politicians or the general public of the country will be blessed with an effective vaccine as an antidote to the coronavirus for all.

Meanwhile, the Oxford vaccine will be produced by the Pune Serum Institute in neighboring India. Talks of this ticker trial are also going on. The Pune Serum Institute is one of the largest vaccine manufacturers in the world. They produce half the world's vaccines.

All in all, the coronavirus vaccine has now become the focus of world politics. America has already bought all the modern vaccines. And the UK has already bought 90 million doses of the vaccine to be made in Oxford. The rest is China and Russia. Meanwhile, China is under global pressure over Corona. They have become somewhat isolated. As a result, China may be able to extend a helping hand to the United States and the United Kingdom, which have set out on a monopoly on vaccines in their own interest. This will create a positive image of them all over the world - especially in the 2nd and 3rd tier countries. Meanwhile, Russia's re-entry into the race has created another vaccine option for all other countries like ours.

One of our local companies recently claimed to have succeeded in the Corona Animal Trial. That means they are in a very early stage. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. If it succeeds, it will be good for us. So the question now is what will be our position when production starts when these 5 leading vaccines in the world (including Russia) are successful? When will we get the vaccine? These questions must have started to come to mind now. In this situation, I think China is our first and main place of trust. Because China has said from the beginning that if they succeed, they will give the vaccine to Bangladesh on priority basis. And now the Chinese company Synovac is going to conduct their 3rd stage test in 6 hospitals of our country in collaboration with ICDDR'B. It may take about four months to get results. However, as they have already started it in Brazil, the results will be known in the next 3 months. As a result, a door is open for us to receive the vaccine.

The question is, what will happen if Synovac is not successful? If the other Chinese company that is developing the Synoform vaccine is successful, will we get that vaccine easily? This is really a serious question. That is why I think our government should start 'vaccine diplomacy'. Talks need to start with potential companies and countries. Talking about how low we can get the vaccine quickly. Because for the overall development and progress of our country, it is very important to get the vaccine up front. The discovery and availability of the coronavirus vaccine is no less than a political issue. Corona virus threatens global public health. So, even if we think about humanity, let the patent of corona vaccine be opened for everyone. If the Corona vaccine is allocated only for one's own country on the basis of nationalism, it will be an example of extreme discrimination. To ensure a balanced distribution of the corona vaccine, world leaders need to forget hostility and treat everyone responsibly with a spirit of cooperation.

Corona is a contagious and airborn disease caused by a virus called Covid-19. Whose infection rate is extremely high but mortality is low. Covid-19 is a fast-moving, powerful virus that infects healthy people through the mouth, nose and eyes of infected patients, as well as rapidly attacking and damaging the respiratory, cardiac, renal and gastro-intestinal systems of infected patients.

However, people suffering from pneumonia, asthma, heart disease, diabetes and kidney disease are more affected. Whose number is only 5% -10%. The remaining 90% -95% of people have a high level of immunity, so they can't do much harm, and with a little treatment and a diet that increases immunity in the human body, it gets better.

Bangladesh is fast moving to Qatar, one of the most contagious countries in the world, as the coronary infection and death march continues. Perhaps the scientific reason is that the death rate in those countries is much higher. However, if we had weapons like theirs to survive the Corona War, the death toll of Corona patients in this country might not be so high.

Corona is being tested quickly using rapid test kits in different countries of the world, such as South Korea, China, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Iran, etc. Among the countries that have been able to control corona are South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia, etc.

It is true that the capacity of the Government of Bangladesh to diagnose, prevent and treat corona in various parameters has increased more than ever before. There is no doubt that RTPCR test is a good system. But at the rate at which people are being infected, it is by no means possible to make a laboratory-based testing system like RTPCR open to all infected corona patients across the country.

On the other hand, while going to the laboratory for testing, a healthy person in a crowded environment is being attacked by coming in contact with a sick person. Delays in receiving treatment due to late receipt of reports from the affected person; Others become physically and mentally weak. The infected person is spreading the disease among others without testing for fear of embarrassment.

With the increasing number of corona patients and mortality rates, it seems that there is a special need to change the ongoing testing and treatment strategies.

A. The ‘Corona Control Action Committee’ can be formed with eminent progressive thoracic specialists, medical experts and public health experts of the country. Those who have prepared a Time Bound Road Map for the prevention and control of corona and will implement the SOP to implement it will take steps to reduce the death and spread rate of corona within the desired time under government sponsorship.

B. In addition to corona patient identification on the RTPCR machine, corona rapid test kits are used to quickly diagnose the disease and provide the necessary treatment and prevent the spread of corona from one person to another. In this case, if it is not possible to procure test kits domestically, it should be imported from abroad quickly and made available for testing to all patients. This allows the suspected patient to easily identify the disease and isolate himself and not spread the disease to others. The pressure on RTPCR will decrease. Coronal proliferation will be reduced. In the early stages of the disease, the patient's physical condition is relatively good. Thus, proper treatment at an early stage increases the chances of any patient recovering, resulting in a reduction in mortality.

Another advantage of using a test kit in the corona is that the presence of corona antibodies in the patient's body is determined in this procedure. So it will be easier to prepare Plasma Therapy by collecting the blood of those patients after enrollment. If a person can buy a corona test kit from a pharmacy and have a corona test done at home, at a pharmacy or at a nearby health center, they will be able to receive treatment separately even if they are infected. And if the condition is worse, you can go to the Refferal Hospital quickly and recover with proper treatment.

C. In addition to big cities, especially in District Headquarters and Medical College Hospitals, Corona and Ventilation facilities have been enriched to improve Corona Refferal Hospitals to ensure speedy treatment of complex Corona patients across the countr

D. To ensure proper treatment of all patients staying at their respective homes in all parts of the country (publicly or secretly) in addition to hospitals by tracing and tracking by government statistics. So that no patient dies without treatment or malpractice and no patient can spread the disease in the family, society or community. To motivate the students of all the universities and colleges across the country in patriotism as well as the government employees required for this and to appoint them as volunteers. Those who roam the city-port-village will collect corona patient information, gain their treatment and cure, motivate the public to wear masks and maintain social distance.

E. Provide ward level health care centers in upazila hospitals, community clinics and especially in city corporation areas with Oxygen Concentration or Oximeter to determine the prevalence of the disease in the body of the corona patient.

In order to diagnose the severity of the disease in the slightly infected patients, it can be improved by taking appropriate measures as soon as possible as per the guideline given by the specialist doctors and the mortality rate can be reduced by sending the more infected patients to the referral hospital. In this way, I think the corona mortality rate and corona spread from person to person will come under control at some point.

F. To prevent the spread of corona by forcing the people to abide by the rules of health such as ‘isolating the infected person from others, wearing a mask, maintaining social distance’ etc. In addition to the steps taken by the law enforcement agencies in this regard, especially during the Jumu'ah prayers, with the help of the Imams, it is essential to raise awareness among the worshipers about the prevention of Corona infection.

In the current world, South Korea is the most successful country in corona control. Corona infection was first diagnosed in South Korea on January 20, 2020. On January 26, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Center (KCDC) called on the country's specialist doctors, executive officers of pharmaceutical companies and other public-private sector experts to assist in preparing the necessary equipment and road map to deal with corona. As a result, they began to prepare the equipment needed for the Corona War, such as personal protective equipment for everyone, test kits, other diagnostic products and other necessary medical supplies. About 30 companies are given government licenses to manufacture test kits, which are being exported to 120 countries to meet the demand of their respective countries. As the prevalence of corona infections increased, all citizens began to place a high priority on wearing masks and maintaining social distance. Diagnosis with test kits is preferred. In order to identify the corona, the suspects are not gathered in one place but the Drive Through and Walk Through methods are used to diagnose the disease by examining the corona of the people in the streets, shops, houses, offices and courts. As a result, it is possible to diagnose each patient in a maximum of 10 minutes. Thus, in about three weeks, 10,726 patients were identified by examining the corona of 270,000 people. Infected patients are encouraged to stay separate. The Chest-X-Ray AI Image Support Decision Tool is used to diagnose the prevalence of the disease in a few seconds. , 617 (61%) patients were cured and 242 (2.3%) Covid-19 patients died and HR CT may be highly effective to diagnosed COVID 19.

When (August 28 2020) at least 1lac 80thousand people in the United States and more than 200,000 people in Spain, Italy, France, and the United Kingdom died of COVID 19 (Worldometer 2020). In this way, the people of South Korea were able to control the Corona, which has a population of 50 million, in about three weeks, without any kind of lockdown, while keeping the overall life in the country active. Corona control is a terrible war, so the participation of all the people in this country is vital. We must all win the Corona War by participating.
Vaccine and anti COVID 19 spcific medicines can eradicate the deadly corona virus pandemic from the World. Many countries including Bangladesh trying to get the Vaccine. 3rd phase trials is going on In UK USA China India and many more country’s. Russia also claiming for confirmation but not yet open and not yet approved by WHO.

Our honourable prime minister Sheikh Hasina trying her level best to get the vaccine againt covid 19 and approval has been given for china vaccine trial.
Finally i do hope Very soon we will be able to invent The Vaccine againt covid 19 and will be able to eradicates the deadly corona virus pandemic from the whole world and our all mankind will be safe and sound.

Worldwide coronavirus toll rises to 6,27,307.

Special Correspondent
24 July, 2020.

At least 1,52,53,270 cases of coronavirus have been registered in 196 countries and territories. Of these, at least 85,35,200 are now considered recovered.

The novel coronavirus has killed at least 6,27,307 people since the outbreak emerged in China last December, according to a tally from official sources compiled by AFP at 1100 GMT on Thursday.

On Wednesday, 10,053 new deaths and 2,66,133 new cases were recorded worldwide. Based on latest reports, the countries with the most new deaths were Peru with 3,876 new deaths, followed by Brazil with 1,284, and India with 1,129.

Peru recorded 3,876 deaths in 24 hours but only 188 died on July 22. The other 3,688 were fatalities that had not been taken into account previously.

The United States is the worst-hit country with 1,43,190 deaths from 3,970,908 cases. At least 12,10,849 people have been declared recovered.

After the US, the hardest-hit countries are Brazil with 82,771 deaths from 22,27,514 cases, United Kingdom with 45,501 deaths from 2,96,377 cases, Mexico with 41,190 deaths from 3,62,274 cases, and Italy with 35,082 deaths from 2,45,032 cases.

Latin America and the Caribbean 1,73,867 deaths from 40,57,096 infections, the United States and Canada 1,52,094 deaths from 40,83,148 cases, Asia 54,096 deaths from 22,71,815 cases, Middle East 23,942 deaths from 10,48,030 cases, Africa 16,432 deaths from 7,71,160 cases, and Oceania 162 deaths from 14,936 cases.

Meanwhile, Europe on Thursday recorded more than three million coronavirus cases, as EU lawmakers examined a massive aid package for their pandemic-ravaged economies and the UN called for a basic income for the world’s poorest to help slow the spread.

The continent now accounts for a fifth of the world’s total cases of more than 15 million and remains the hardest hit in terms of deaths, with 2,06,633 out of 6,27,307 worldwide.

The European Parliament was meanwhile examining a massive recovery package hammered out at a hard-fought summit that saw fiscally disciplined nations oppose huge aid grants to coronavirus-hit countries such as Spain and Italy.

The 750-billion-euro post-coronavirus recovery plan is tied with the EU’s long-term budget. EU chief Charles Michel said the total stimulus would reach 1.8 trillion euros ($2.2 trillion). The UN called for a temporary basic income for nearly three billion of the world’s poorest people.

Funding of $199 billion per month would provide 2.7 billion people with a temporary basic income and the ‘means to buy food and pay for health and education expenses’, the UN Development Programme said.

‘Bailouts and recovery plans cannot only focus on big markets and big business. A Temporary Basic Income might enable governments to give people in lockdown a financial lifeline,’ said UNDP Administrator Achim Steiner.

UN projections have warned the virus could kill 1.67 million people in 30 low-income countries. Signs are emerging in many parts of the world that the virus quickly springs back when lockdown measures are lifted.

Australia, Belgium, Hong Kong and the Japanese capital Tokyo had all used restrictive measures to successfully beat outbreaks earlier in the pandemic, but all are now facing an upsurge in cases.

Belgium on Thursday made masks mandatory in outdoor markets and busy areas. Anyone venturing out in Australia’s second-biggest city Melbourne was also ordered to wear a mask.

‘These measures are not advice, they are orders,’ Belgian prime minister Sophie Wilmes said of the move, which comes into effect on Saturday.

After cancelling Azad's, the government appointed Khurshid as the new DG yesterday.

Special Correspondent
24 July, 2020.

Dr Abul Bashar Mohammad Khurshid Alam, a professor of Dhaka Medical College (DMC), has been appointed as the new and 27th director general of the Directorate General of Health Services. The Health Services Division of the health ministry issued a circular in this regard yesterday.

His appointment came a day after Prof Abul Kalam Azad resigned from the post on Tuesday. His resignation came after a rift between the ministry and the directorate over the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Regent Hospital, which was found issuing fake Covid-19 test reports.

Azad mentioned his deteriorating health as the reason behind his resignation. On July 7, a Rab mobile court led by Executive Magistrate Sarwoer Alam raided Regent Hospital's Uttara branch and sealed it off on charges of issuing fake Covid-19 test results and illegally collecting money from patients.

The hospital issued more than 10,000 coronavirus test reports. Around 4,200 of the tests were real. The rest of the reports were issued without testing, Rab said.

On July 8, the same Rab team sealed off the hospital's Mirpur branch. The hospital's licence expired in 2014 and was never renewed. On July 11, the DGHS in a letter said it took the initiative to sign the MoU with Regent Hospital after being directed by high officials of health ministry.

The directorate also said that despite the two branches of the hospital having expired licences, it signed the MoU and gave them permission to treat Covid-19 patients with the condition of renewing the licences.

Later, the ministry, however, asked for an explanation from the DG for why he blamed the health ministry. On July 14, the health minister responded by saying he attended the contract signing ceremony upon request from the DG.

On July 15, the immediate-past DG Azad replied to the health ministry's letter saying that its MoU with Regent Hospital on treating Covid-19 patients was signed following directives of the former health secretary.

The Covid-19 losses for Bangladesh's economy might have reached between US$9.0 billion and US$21 billion in the just-concluded fiscal year, an economist said on Thursday.

However, the country can offset it by earning an additional $25 billion by exporting products to the Chinese market alone, helped by the duty- free benefit the world's second-largest economy after the United States offered.

The country can also attract a huge amount of foreign direct investment, especially from China and India capitalising on the trade benefit, according to research director at the Policy Research Institute of Bangladesh Dr Razzak.

Don't expect first Covid-19 vaccinations until early 2021.

Special Correspondent
24 July, 2020.

WHO is working to ensure fair vaccine distribution, but in the meantime it is key to suppress the virus’s spread. Researchers are making “good progress” in developing vaccines against Covid-19, with a handful in late-stage trials, but their first use cannot be expected until early 2021, a World Health Organization (WHO) expert said on Wednesday.

WHO is working to ensure fair vaccine distribution, but in the meantime it is key to suppress the virus’s spread, said Mike Ryan, head of WHO’s emergencies program, as daily new cases around the globe are at near-record levels.

“We’re making good progress,” Ryan said, noting that several vaccines were now in phase 3 trials and none had failed, so far, in terms of safety or ability to generate an immune response. “Realistically it is going to be the first part of next year before we start seeing people getting vaccinated,” he told a public event on social media.

WHO was working to expand access to potential vaccines and to help scale-up production capacity, Ryan said. “And we need to be fair about this, because this is a global good. Vaccines for this pandemic are not for the wealthy, they are not for the poor, they are for everybody,” he said.

The US government will pay $1.95 billion to buy 100 million doses of a Covid-19 vaccine being developed by Pfizer Inc and German biotech BioNTech if it proves safe and effective, the companies said.

Ryan also cautioned schools to be careful about re-opening until community transmission of Covid-19 is under control. Debate in the United States over restarting education has intensified, even as the pandemic flares up in dozens of states.

“We have to do everything possible to bring our children back to school, and the most effective thing we can do is to stop the disease in our community,” he said. “Because if you control the disease in the community, you can open the schools.”

US sets global benchmark for Covid-19 vaccine price.

Special Correspondent
24 July, 2020.

The US government agreed to purchase 100 million doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine at a price that amounts to $39 for what is likely to be a two-dose course of treatment, or $19.50 per dose

The US government has set a benchmark for Covid-19 vaccine pricing in a $2 bln deal announced on Wednesday with Pfizer Inc (PFE.N) and German biotech BioNTech SE (22UAy.F) that will likely pressure other manufacturers to set similar prices, industry analysts told Reuters.

The deal, which is contingent on an approvable product, secures enough vaccine to inoculate 50 million Americans for about $40 a person, or about the cost of annual flu shots, and is the first to provide a direct window into likely pricing of successful Covid-19 vaccines.

It also allows for some drug makers to profit from their efforts to protect people from the virus that has killed some 620,000 people worldwide, almost a quarter of those in the United States.

Although the cost per dose comes out to around $4 - far less than what Pfizer and BioNTech would receive - AstraZeneca can use some of that funding to offset research and development costs even if its vaccine ultimately fails.

Ghebreyesus denounces 'unacceptable' comments questioning his independence.

Special Correspondent
24 July, 2020.

Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has come under criticism, especially from US President Donald Trump and Pompeo, who have accused him of being pro-China.

“And the comments are untrue and unacceptable and without any foundation, for that matter,” Tedros said in response to a question at a Geneva briefing about remarks by Pompeo reported in London on Tuesday.

“Our sole focus - and the focus of the entire organization - is on saving lives. “...And WHO will not be distracted by these comments. We don’t want the international community also to be distracted.”

A WHO advance team has been in China for nearly two weeks, organizing a WHO-led international mission to investigate the origins of the virus. Scientists believe it emerged in a food market in the central city of Wuhan late last year.

“We are already beginning to reach out to experts at the international level to see who will be available and most appropriate to be able to support an international mission in the coming weeks,” Mike Ryan, WHO’s top emergencies expert, said.

“Two-thirds of all cases are from 10 countries. Almost half of all cases reported so far are from just three countries,” he said, referring to the United States, Brazil and India.

Infections in the United States have rapidly accelerated since the first Covid-19 case was detected on Jan. 21. It took the country 98 days to reach 1 million cases. It took another 43 days to reach 2 million and then 27 days to reach 3 million. It has only taken 16 days to reach 4 million at a rate of 43 new cases a minute.

Tedros said that just because cases may be at a low level where someone lives, it doesn’t mean they should let down their guard.

“Know your situation - do you know how many cases were reported where you live yesterday? Do you know how to find that information? Do you know how to minimize your exposure?”

Many more areas might be inundated if the situation does not improve soon, said Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC). According to the bulletin issued, the situation may further worsen in Kurigram, Gaibandha, Natore, Bogra, Jamalpur, Sirajganj, Tangail, and Naogaon in the next 24 hours and the rising trend in water level of Brahmaputra and Jamuna will continue for the next 72 hours. Meanwhile, the flood situation in Sylhet, Sunamganj, Brahmanbaria, Netrokona, Manikganj, Munshiganj, Faridpur, Madaripur, Chandpur, Rajbari, Shariatpur, and Dhaka may remain unchanged.

Moreover, Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) forecasts that heavy to very heavy rainfall will occur all over the country in the next 24 hours, which will contribute to raising the water level of rivers further. However, Dhaka and Rajshahi divisions may face less rainfall compared to the past few days, added BMD.

According to the local Water Development Board (WDB), as of Thursday 12pm, Brahmaputra was flowing at 64cm above the danger level at the Chilmari point, 57cm above at Nunkhawa point, while the water flow in Dharla River was 91cm above the danger level at Bridge point.

Residents of different chars in the district are now staying in different shelters while some are living in their boats for the past one month. A total of 300,000 people of 56 unions have been marooned by the flood in the district. The water level of rivers surrounding Dhaka is increasing, which may continue for the next 48 hours. The water level of the Balu river may cross the danger line at Demra point in the next 24 hours.

The water level of the Balu River rose by 2cm in the last 24 hours at Demra point. It was flowing at only 1cm below the mark at 9am Thursday. Lakhya River, or Sh*talakshya, was flowing 20cm above the danger level at Narayanganj point at the same time. The water level in the river rose by 10cm in the last 24 hours.

The water level in Turag River, which rose 2cm in the last 24 hours, was flowing 15cm below the danger mark at Mirpur point at 9am. Also, Tongi Khal (canal) was flowing 18cm below the mark at Tongi point. The water level in the canal rose by 5cm in the last 24 hours.

Soaring subway disorder is another knife at NYC's throat
The NYPD’s highest-ranking uniformed cop exploded in anger during a CompStat meeting Thursday, telling police brass: “We can’t be afraid of doing what we do!” Chief of Department Terence Monahan erupted when a deputy told him that cops were worried about a controversial new city law that in part makes it a crime to kneel on a suspect’s chest or back while making an arrest.

“They’re concerned about [taking] a bag of crack off the right person, the right dealer, and their knee accidentally — unintentionally — going on their back,” said Deputy Chief Brian McGee, commanding officer of the Manhattan North detective bureau. Monahan began asking, “Do you know what happens —” when crosstalk briefly drowned out his words during the meeting at 1 Police Plaza.

“What happens to afraid cops is, they end up dead. And that’s what happens,” Monahan continued. “That’s why there are so many guns out there. We can’t be afraid. You’ve got every DA come out and say they’re not gonna charge that. We can’t be afraid of doing what we do. We can’t walk away.”

Monahan, who was injured while exchanging blows with an anti-cop protester last week, interrupted McGee before could he finish. “You know what? I wasn’t afraid when I was fighting the guy on the Brooklyn Bridge,” Monahan thundered. “We can’t be afraid.”

Assistant Chief Kathleen O’Reilly, commanding officer of Patrol Borough Manhattan North, tried to back up McGee, saying, “Chief, but we can’t put our people in harm’s way unnecessarily” before Monahan cut her off, too.

“So, not making an arrest on a B felony is putting ‘em in harm’s way? … I’m talking about a B felony,” Monahan said.

“A sale, hand-to-hand sale, that we shouldn’t be afraid to go and make [an arrest for] a hand-to-hand sale,” Monahan said.

Ironically, Monahan has been among the harshest critics of the law that Mayor Bill de Blasio signed last week, which also bars chokeholds and any other move that “restricts the flow of air or blood” or “compresses the diaphragm.”

During a TV interview earlier this month, Monahan said he objected to the “diaphragm” provision, which he called a “dangerous, dangerous portion of that bill.”

Monahan told PIX11 that “any cop who’s ever fought with someone on the street, trying to get him into cuffs, there’s a great possibility that your knee is going to end up on that individual’s back.”

“We try to avoid that, but in the midst of a fight, it’s pretty hard to make sure that doesn’t happen,” he added.

De Blasio has acknowledged that the new law will make cop’s jobs harder, but said it was necessary because people “need to be safe.”

In response to Monahan’s CompStat outburst, the president of the Detectives Endowment Association, Paul DiGiacomo, said, “By no means are narcotics detectives afraid of doing their jobs.”

“They’re afraid of the lack of support from the district attorneys and elected officials who enacted these irresponsible laws,” DiGiacomo said.

“It’s the district attorneys that are not prosecuting these arrests when narcotics detectives are risking their lives when they’re out there every day doing their jobs. Nobody’s said they’re not arresting us and most of the district attorneys are not prosecuting narcotics-related cases.”
