Is this the BEST vegan caesar salad ever? We and think YES π Make it at home ππΌ
Ingredients:
- 6β7 stems lacinato kale
- 1 head romaine lettuce
Dressing:
- 4 heaping tablespoons tahini
- 1/4 cup water (adjust to suit how thick or thin you like your dressing)
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, grated (or use 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons white miso paste (optional, but adds great savoury flavour)
- Salt/black pepper to taste
Chickpeas
- 1 15-oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 clove of garlic finely minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Pinch of smoked paprika
- Pinch of salt

Ingredients:
- 400gr Planted Kebab
- lettuce
- tomatoes
- pickles
- vegan feta cheese
For the flat bread:
- 200gr bread flour
- 150gr water
- 5gr fresh yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
SAUCE:
- 150gr soy yogurt
- 150gr cucumber
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp sweetener
1. Mix all ingredients for the bread and knead for 5 minutes until soft
2. Let rest until volume has doubled
3. Divide in 4 balls and roll them out into a round shape
4. In a pan cook them with some oil from both sides for 2-3 minutes
5. Shred the cucumber, mix with salt and drain for 30 minutes and then mix with all ingredients of the sauce
6. Cook Planted Kebab with a little bit of oil until crispy
7. Build your gyros and ENJOY!

Not a big fan of tofu? That's about to change π 's Crispy Tofu Katsu is so good, you'll be making it on the reg! π±
Ingredients:
- 1 block of firm tofu (I used )
- 2tbsp cornflour
- 3-4tbsp plant milk - I use soya bc I think itβs got the most βneutralβ taste
- salt to season
- Panko breadcrumbs
- oil for frying (you can use a little to shallow-fry or deep-fry!)
You can have this w any sauce/ dish, but I had it with this quick n easy dipping-sauce:
- 3tbsp soy sauce
- 1tbsp honey
- minced ginger
- garlic powder
- Chilli flakes

sure didn't with their Lemon Pie Overnight Oats recipe! ππ₯§
- 70g fine oats
- 1 tbsp chia
- 150ml plant milk
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp soy yogurt
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 15gr white chocolate
1. In a jar mix all the ingredients besides the white chocolate and the yogurt
2. Add the yogurt on top
3. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and pour on top of the yogurt
4. Top up with some more zest and place in the fridge over night or until chocolate hardens
